I have been to this establishment a couple of times and the quality of the bread was stale and dry. The utensils and surroundings does not look hygienically well kept. This morning of 31March2022 I went in to get pan dulce and as soon as I opened the glass door there was a cockroach! amongst the bread. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! For your health. Service is horrible and it takes quite some time to be serviced by an employee.

Food is Pretty Good, selection is also good,, and the fact that you can see the pre-cooked food is also nice...But the Wait Time is RIDICULOUS...Sad thing is Most of the food is Already cooked, so what the heck takes then 45 mins to serve and reheat??.

I bought a costilla de rez and potato salad the meat was red the salad had already gone bad, I threw it away. If someone gets sick they can shut down that place I can't believe they sell food like that. Never ever buying food there again.

The food here is good but be prepared for the rude customers. I went on a Friday evening to pick up food I pre-ordered over the phone. It was busy so the line went outside. I waited for about ten minutes in 30° weather before I was able to get in. Unfortunately, two men decided to barge in and cut the line and put their orders in before I could and the staff did absolutely nothing about it! There is no order in this restaurant and it is just sad. Their food has so much potential but if their staff keeps letting these things happen, they'll keep losing business. I certainly won't be returning.

Called this place twice, first time a lady picked up and said Hola then just hung up when I asked if they were open. Second time they just picked up and then hung up. I used to come here for lunch, they no longer have my business.

Wonderful hospitality. They gave us a complimentary cup of thier seafood soup that was very tasty. I had a couple of pupusa, they were good. My girlfriend had the carne asada, which tasted great but was over cooked, she asked for medium but it was done.
