Wish I could give a negative star rating. The customer service was absolutely terrible! Rudeness is going to be the downfall of this place. Plus the subpar food!

I am Haitian I am pro Haitian but this place doesn’t deserve your patronage. The two bigger women working there are so unfriendly it’s almost like you’re bothering them. They will not greet you, they will answer your questions through gritted teeth. Absolutely no customer service skills. I will never return. Do better!

my good friend recommended this restaurant to me and i am forever grateful. I've been talking about the delicious food since i left . everything was scrumptious. i will return next weekend for seconds and I'm bringing my friends. i had the stewed lamb with rice and beans. the beets salad was yummy too.

I ordered a meal to go. I asked for a specific protein for my meal. If you didn’t have any just tell me you don’t have any prepared and I’ll find something else to eat. Don’t give me a plate of bones and fat then charge me all that money. Like c’mon. Do better!

I don't like to post reviews but I'm compelled to do so this evening, Feb 24th. I picked up a Fritaille Platter with Turkey (en sauce) and a side of legumes...amazing flavors and portions all around! Yum!!!

I recent ordered take out from here. The food was a bit bland and pricey for what you get.
Upon entry the black lady was rude! We ordered goat because they were out of oxtail!We got a small portio of fried burnt goat bones! The waitress/ cook did not offer water and in addition when I asked for salt she said its already salted! It took her 10 minutes to bring the salt no water as requested. The customers that came in were Hatians they spent time talking Creo by the counter! We were the only seated customers! Since it was our first time we asked if she was Gieselle to which she said No! This waitress/ cook was very rude and unfriendly ! We got tiny burnt small pieces of fried goat with lots of bones. I have cooked goat before ! To make matters worse they tagged a $9.00 tip without my permission! I paid $76.99 for sh.ty service awful rude mean waitress/cook and inattentive! This place is a s hole !!This woman with a nasty personality ignored our constant requests for water and it tool her a while to give us to go boxes!! We dumped the food in the trash!The food was also cold and there was no alcohol in the margartta! Tiny portions of meat nit worth $76 at all ! I felt scammed horrible food, fried goat withthe pile of junk !! Horrible service from a mean server!! The food did not taste like goat! Macaroni had a burnt crust we could not return the food since the nasty diva would dissapear! Worst experience ever with this Hatian place ! Terrible service and food except mushroom rice

The Black Mushroom Rice (Duri Djon Djon) is tasteless and sticky tasted like Minute Rice!!! Dry Chicken, Plantains undercooked! Everything no authentic flavors at all! Never ever again!!!

We had a great experience at Gisele's recently. My wife and I had a goat and kreyol chicken dish and both were excellent. I visited Haiti a few times over the years and this brought back memories even the Prestige Beer. Next time I will try the Ti' Punch. I loved the Haitian artwork on the walls and Haitian music playing in the background. The food arrived quickly, but it took a long time to get the server's attention for any additional service.Please check out this local Wheaton gem!! ?? ?

My girlfriend and I was there on 11/4/2023 , we sat there for about 10 minutes before someone come with the menu, then another 10 minutes before we can even order our drink, we other the same food (fritay) mine come 15 minutes before hers, then let's not talk about the flies.I love haitian food and I'm Haitian but these restaurants got to do better, this isn't the first time this happened. I'm done, we need to set the bar a little higher than this
