This was my favorite restaurant to buy pupusas, they were delicious but today I had the biggest disappointment apart from the fact that they are making them small, they are fried tortillas that they gave me instead of pupusas, they are horribly horrible, the pupusas that they gave me have nothing of cheese or flavor

First off, I’m seeing this on my tab twice, I’ve been here a few times already and noticed that this specific lady put a manual tip on my tab 2 times now, then offers if I wanted to apply an “extra tip” ?… This is pure theft, these ladies don’t even speak English nor know any customer service skills at the slightest. I do not recommend that you go to this place unless you want the waitresses to disrespect you, charge you more than what was said on the menu, and automatically take the 18% tip no matter if it was only one or two people there. eat nor regardless of the fatal service you have received. Very bad service ethics, when you ask to speak to a manager: the manager acts as if the money they are stealing from you is no big deal and gets angry about the claim. Whether it's $1 or more, they should be honest with their prices and what they charge.And they don't tell you what they charge you either; They expect you not to notice or not want to draw attention and say anything out of shame... shamelessly the way of doing business here - I don't recommend.They take advantage of the fact that many people come to this place to drink and do not realize what they are really paying for. I can say it because I saw it with my own eyes arriving for dinner on a Friday night with my husband.

I ordered bean pupusas with cheese to take away and they came out of pure beans and raw rice dough, the girl who served is very terrible, the customer service is terrible and the food now is just as bad, I do not recommend this
