Amazing selection of vegan (and non-vegan) patties! Jamaican sodas! Grape nut ice cream! What is not to love?

I went in on a Sunday afternoon for a quick snack. This is a restaurant with a modest, unassuming interior. There was one young woman working and she was pleasant and professional. I got the strawberry mango smoothie and a mild beef patty. Both were delicious! The smoothie was just what I needed to cool down on a hot summer day. And the service was great. I can't wait to try their other smoothie flavors.

This place serves the amazing York castle ice cream from Rockville (but the options are quite limited) and sells some Jamaican food like Patties, coco bread, j*** chicken and more. The service was very slow and disappointing but that's mainly due to the fact that they only had 1 worker that had to do everything (take orders, make food, etc). The ice cream options were very limited compared to what's available and served at york castle in Rockville. The prices for the food are great and the food itself is pretty good. I had the 12 ct j*** bbq wings meal with coco bread and a drink for $12.50 but sadly I was given 11 wings instead of 12. I had the j*** bbq chicken sandwich meal that came with fries and a drink for just $10.50. I also got 1 coco bread for 2$ and a mild beef patty for $2.50. Overall, the j*** bbq wings and sandwich was very interesting but also good. The coco bread and beef patty was solid as well. The French fries were pretty average. The main thing holding this place back from a higher rating is without a doubt the service and maybe more ice cream choices, if the service was good then I would definitely raise it to a 4 instead of a 3.

Would be a great place if the freezers weren't broke. This is a health risk and you can get sick if the food is not the correct temperature.

Holy moly. Some of the best ice cream I've had in a long time. We had the lychee, mamey, cinnamon churro and ginger. Every single one had incredible flavor. The lychee had real pieces of lychee. And the cinnamon churro one had churro pieces in it. The ginger was incredible and had such a strong ginger flavor which was perfect.

I've had your ice cream in the past both with the present owner and the past owner for the last 30 years or so had a hankering for ice cream but didn't know your hours I find your parking very limited so often times I don't stop by not very happy this time

We love this place! Grape nut ice cream IYKYK! My kids love all the other flavors, especially Cookie Monster it's close to us but it would be worth a drive for me for the flavors. The rum raisin is a little sweet to me but they have ALLL the popular Carib fruit flavors (and some unpopular ones ) so if you're looking for a taste le home, definitely try this place!!!!

Delicious ice-cream!!! I get my nails done next door and decided to stop in for some rum raisin! It was yummy!! I wish I could more to take home! Sooo good! They have a great assortment of flavors. They sell other things - a variety of patties, j*** wings and sandwiches! The employee was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her! I'll be back soon to get more delicious ice-cream.

Guava happens to be one of my favorite fruits. I was so happy to find that they serve this flavor. You can taste the deliciousness of the guava and it definitely seems like their ice cream is made with love. Next time I want to try their lucuma ice cream. Lucuma is a fruit I've really enjoyed at Peruvian restaurants I've been to. When I visited Tropical Ice Cream, they were sold out that day. I saw savory dishes written on their menu board, but I'm not sure that's a regular thing they do, or just when I was there.
