I was craving pizza recently, looked up local spots & decided to give this place a try. Upon arriving I wasn't too sure about my decision but I'm SO GLAD that I stayed! EVERYTHING was so Good. I ordered a supreme pizza, wings, and lasagna. All hits.. No Misses! The gentleman that assisted my table had such amazing customer service as well. Will definitely be back..! Highly recommend.

Stopped off between looking at colleges with my daughter. The food was amazing and the staff extremely friendly. Wish we didn’t live over 2 hours away. Will hopefully eat here again.

I ordered delivery from IK because I am sick and the closest pizza delivery to me didn't listen to my extra sauce request last time so I wanted to try something new. I ordered the small meat lovers with extra sauce and the side of spinach/feta triangles. I rewarmed the pizza in my air fryer because it cooled off on the drive (very cold night, kinda long drive) and I was pretty happy with it. They indeed put the extra sauce on and it is a good robust sauce like I prefer. Their crust is thick in the way that American pizza chains usually are, but it was a good crust. I prefer thin crust personally but this one was just fine, not heavy or doughy, had good texture. The toppings were fine too. I like the spinach triangles, they were less tangy than I expected ie more spinach, less feta. They go well with the marinara that comes with which is a sweeter sauce than the pizza sauce. All in all, a solid generic American style pizza better than your chain delivery options, but not up there with the craft pizzas. I would order delivery from them again on a night when I can't go out.

I was craving a meatball sub and saw really good reviews about their meatball calzone, so I ordered one for delivery. it was huge, the size of a small pizza. Honestly, I didn't think it was exceptional. It was fine and I didn't even finish it. I wouldn't order it again, but I would try other things on their menu.

I live down the street from Italian Kitchen and I'm always happy to make the trip. The pizza is very good, always have a great amount of options for toppings and sauces. They also do have great panini's and Calzones. The pasta dishes are fair or good but not at the level of the pizza. I grab meatloaves pizza or Hawaiian normally. The bread/crust is great quality, I think it's what sets them apart for all the other places in DTSS. Service is ok but I'm normally picking up so I don't stress it.

We ordered a pizza and it didn't show up for over an hour and was delivered cold. We advise against using their delivery service.
the food is always good but service sucks! they never answer the phone and are closed sometimes during their normal hours.

I recently placed a catering order at Italian Kitchen to feed 200 people and was blown away by the service. First and foremost, the food was AMAZING!! Families came back for seconds and thirds. Secondly, delivery was also exceptional. They were timely, the food remained warm, and they offered services to set up as well. Highly recommended!

I come here literally everyday. Every thin the counter girl that work 10/27/23 afternoon is alway very rude. I never say anything before because I thought she might have a rough day or something.But today she just threw the food on the counter for no reason. Didn’t apologize, just looked at me funny as if I was supposed to catch it like a freaking football, Not bad enough she was …. I’ll never come in any more when she is in. And I won’t bring anybody here any more. I’ve been coming her for almost a month every day and this girl is extremely disrespectful for no reason. Apparently, she is rude to my other friend who hooked me up to this place, he said she is alway rude.

This is the best choice for comfort food delivery that I’ve found in SS. With a lot of places, the food may taste good but I’m hungry a few hours later. Here the food is delicious, the prices are great and the food fills me up for the rest of the day.I’ve had some issues with orders. The last two were frustrating enough that I posted a review (now editing) to just warn people that it’s mostly good but inconsistent.But now I’m revising my review. The owner reached out to me directly by text to acknowledge my feedback. It felt genuine. I feel good that I can continue to use this as my go-to when I need to order in.My current favorite is the eggplant panini and the meatball sub. The eggplant pizza is also off the hook, and their wings are really fun, too. When I want something sweet I have the tiramisu.
