Some great food and a few misses. The oysters were great- cold, briny, and delicious. I ordered the grilled tuna off of their special spring menu and it was phenomenal. Great flavor and cooked well. The most egregious flaw was a medium-rare steak that was ordered was served medium-well. The waiter wasn’t able to provide information about what oysters were available and the bar struggled with a martini. I’ll give it another shot but expected a little more for the price and reputation.

Best hamburgers I've had, each and every time. Hope they keep it up with the quality. They should compete in a national hamburger contest or something i think they have a decent chance.

Only have good things to report. Went to happy hour Friday, 3/8. We sat down and and Daniel was at our table immediately with water and asked if there was anything else he could get us. Of course we ordered two dozen raw oysters (best oyster price in area and perfectly shucked with no pieces of shells) and two drinks. Then Grace showed up and took the rest of our orders for happy hour. Grace seemed to always show up with a smile when we needed something. She wasn’t there the last time we stopped for happy hour. Grace was an asset to the operation Friday. We ate Cerviche, Baseball Arancini, Steak Satay, and House Cut fries. All were delicious and we recommend. It’s amazing to watch how the whole team works together once your order is taken. Food is brought out quickly. Plates are removed when empty and water glasses never go empty. This place has class, provides great service, plays good music, and has good happy hour food. We’ll definitely be back!Parking: Call Hollingers before you go to get the parking lot code.

J.Hollinger’s is such a vibe! From the aesthetics of the restaurant to their food- It is truly pleasant to be in.Our bartender Ryan was so kind and made AMAZING drinks. Definitely ask for Ryan lolThe food is always fresh and delicious- I tried their raw oysters (& I’m not the biggest fan of oysters) and they were delicious! Very fresh and not sandy! The satay with the chimichurri sauce was probably one of the best chimichurri sauces I’ve had in the USA.I gave this restaurant 3 stars because while we were leaving a group of people approached my friend and claimed she bumped her while we were heading to the bathroom and my friend apologized immediately. (The group was very drunk) Her other friends started crowding around her , not allowing my friend to leave. I tried to get through so my friend and I could leave but there were like 7 of them all by the exit. The host approached just my friend and I and told us to leave. I thought that was so inappropriate and poor judgement. The host witnessed the entire thing but decided to just approach us and not address EVERYONE? At that point he should have not said a word as he could see we were leaving. It is 2024 and I do not expect that type of treatment from anyone let allow a well known establishment. That was a bit uncomfortable. Training for the whole staff might be necessary so another minor incident like this is not treated without care or incorrectly.

J. Hollinger's is the epitome of great food and service. I've visited for happy hour and recently had a brunch there for my birthday ($35 for all you can eat is great) and I have enjoyed it every time. The servers have always been attentive and the food is great! I'll definitely visit again.

I was so disappointed with the food here. It was very bland and flavorless. It was nicely presented though. Other than that our server was very nice and attentive. She had great energy, and was pleasant to be around. I probably won’t come back for the food, only for happy hour, and the ambiance. It is a very nice looking restaurant, the food’s just not that great.

Food was good, staff was friendly, but very crowded. Because it was so busy, they charged us for an extra meal we did not order, but they were also very quick to apologize and rectify the issue.Wheelchair accessibility: While they do have ramps to get to the dining room, the bar is primarily high tables and barstools, and it can be so crowded that maneuvering a wheelchair in the dining area might be a challenge unless you go early in the evening.
