It is a terrible restaurant, the food has no flavor, the waiters do not serve you, and the service is expensive, it is better not to come ??

I always enjoy the food here. Try the paella next time you go, the service is excellent!

Dropped in with no reservation on a Saturday for brunch. It was almost empty so I got a table immediately. The service was so friendly and fast. It's not much of a vibe and sadly the food is just okay. Mg biggest issue is how much you could taste that the empanadas were fried in old oil. I'm a little annoyed that they explicitly added an alcohol charge and tax to my bottomless meal when I didn't order a drink but I expect this place is struggling financially. Can't say I recommend and I probably won't be back.

We love the food here. There are many good options although we often go back to same ones because they are so good - Montaditos, Buey al Jerez, patatas bravas, esparragos, chuleta, veiras, to name just a few. With the great choices even the younger members of the family find food they love. And the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We've eaten here for many years and will continue to do so!

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Silver Spring. With excellent food and service, low to moderate noise, and an atmosphere that is good for families, businesses and couples alike, I could not recommend it more highly.

This is a lovely newer, small, family-run Spanish & Mexican restaurant in downtown Silver Spring (directly across from AFI & very near Filmore & Regal Cinema). The cocktail & wine list is small but well chosen with plenty of tequilas/mezcals & even portos. Small tapas & starters cover Spanish favorites such as Pan a la Catalan (delicious), boquerias, albondigas (in green tomatillo sauce!), shrimp, & croquetas, with some creative takes on Spanish classics. Also tapas & dishes covering ceviche, cured meats, even paella. Daily specials included a delicious seafood soup (app or side, not a main). Also Mexican faves such as guacamole, tacos, fajitas & qeusadillas, etc. Will need several visits to explore the menu! Friendly & excellent service. Highly recommend!

good, tasty food. excellent, pretty quick service. good ambience. clean dining experience (though I did not use the bathroom). just a tad pricey, but very understandable for the location, and compared to other restaurants in the area, probably one of the better value places.

Went for Valentine's Day and the menu was absolutely incredible! We had gone for their bottomless brunch before and loved it. Brunch and dinner at la malinche are truly always delicious and the staff is so genuine and kind. My favorite place to bring people in Silver Spring! Don't pass up the sangria, it's to die for!!

We went on Valentine's day. Somehow our order got lost in the shuffle. Adjacent tables seated after us received their food before us. Was a little frustrating but then, it was Valentine's Day. Food was very flavorful and properly placed. We would definitely return.
Maybe because it was Valentine's Day, I don't know, but this was not my best meal. We were only out because we were seeing a show at the Fillmore and this restaurant was close by. Hope others enjoyed their meals more than we did.

We did a la carte as the set brunch was a bit pricey. Food was delish and service attentive. Not resto's fault but acoustics meant our table convo had to compete with a loud man a few tables away.

Wonderful experience as always here! The food is delicious, Sangria is great, and they always have great service. This is a gem of a restaurant for sure and it's a nice hideaway from the business of downtown Silver Spring!
