Dirty place, tables full of homeless, I ordered 4 Apple pie and they gave me 2, I ordered traditional mcnuggets and they gave me the spicy ones, I sat here for about 10 minutes and I only saw staff discussions with customers, the bathroom is out of service and their products were even missing ingredients, I'm definitely never coming back.

People defecate everywhere in the bathroom to include floor and urinal. No one pooped in the sink as far as I know. Drugs are injected, smoked, weighed and sold in the bathroom as well. Sometimes people bathe in the sink. One faucet installed too far back so you have touch the sink and risk touching something you don't want like vomit or worse. The epicenter of crime and vagrancy in downtown silver spring. Should be torn down and replaced with a real homeless shelter/ psychward/ drug rehab.

Colesville Rd location is decent with nice customer service by the employees, as 4 cleanliness it can do a lil bit better. Only issue I've with the location is the loitering that happens inside & outside which 2 be addressed.

Worst McDonald’s to ever go to. The costumer service is absolutely horrible. They refuse to give you more than one pack of sauce for some reason and kicked someone out when they asked for more sauce… it’s actually insane how they can’t get anyone’s order right. Never going here ever again.
