Both times I've been to this location I've been disappointed. The first time my fries were limp and partially frozen from being undercooked. When I tried to call 4-5 times no one answered. The 2nd time I went I asked for a steak egg and cheese bagel with no egg but instead they gave me a sausage and cheese bagel. This time when I called, again no one answered. I'll be returning when my sister is able to sit with our dying mother so I can correct what McDonald's screwed up and it's a damn shame.

Franchises are getting like every other business.So in this McDonalds, you can't get a Frappuccino and an Expresso separately. Even if you drink exspresso. They presuppose you're going to pour it in the expresso.If you tell them you actually want expresso, they will refuse to sell it to you. I won't even go into how nasty dirty the parking lot is. Never mind navigating the parking lot without having an accident.Still, the servers are really sweet.Go to the Dunkin Donuts next door for the expresso, and decide for yourself about the rest.It's one hot mess.Okay, love ya'll. Bye ? ?
Food was cold, stayed in like for 30 minutes, make sure you don’t come late at night because they will disregard any changes to your order and give you everything how it comes and just put the wrong receipt on it even though nothing was done, terrible customer service you can tell they are aware or what they are doing.

The only store that rushes to take your order just to put you on hold then ask the same questions again. The only store where a delivery order gets canceled by the store at the expected time of delivery. Not being able to leave for lunch sometimes happens and we need a few party order filled out of convenience. It's not convenient to cancel last minute.

There is ample seating throughout and the staff is quick.No surprises!Ordered from the kiosk and did not get a receipt. The manager was kind enough to quickly track my order and my food was hot and ready.So glad I took the time to eat inside. The inside is clean and a dedicated staff member made sure the tables and floor were clean.Other than the beeping of the kitchen equipment; the place was relatively quiet.
