i don’t get what happened here, they used to be so good, the food was amazing, until this morning. i ordered a number 8 which is the bacon (keep bacon in mind) egg and cheese bagel, i usually order that when i would go in the mornings and before today they were amazing, i did not expect what i got, why name it bacon egg cheese bagel if it doesn’t even have bacon? the bagel did not have bacon, instead there was some weird meat, i think it was supposed to be a sausage? i took a bite of it and threw it out, there is now way that thing is even edible. the egg and cheese were alright but i also don’t get why they put onions in it? i mean if they didn’t have bacon they could have at least told me so i could have ordered something else. what a disappointment, they weren’t even busy

Went in to pick up a mobile order and was utterly ignored. Actively ignored in fact. I saw staff look at me, see I was waiting and turn there back. When I asked if anyone was working the front desk I was still ignored. I asked a second time and was met by aggression from a team member. I do not recommend this location!!!!
