The ethiopian Eritrean restauraunt atmosphere was very classy and vibrant the food was very tasty and had a wide variety of meat and vegetables it really was a great treat that added a spice to my day and the bar has a wide variety of alcohols to choose from which is great.

This is a hidden gem in Silver Spring. Had a great team lunch with my office. Food was good and fresh. We had a group of 16 and were seated and served in about an hour. Everyone enjoyed the Sambusa the Timatim Fitfit. The service was wonderful. We will be backVegetarian options: Food was fresh and had vibrant colors. Absolutely delicious! Tastes like you are eating in someone's home and their mom cooked for you! We got the veg sampler. Tastes better than comparable dish at well known Ethiopian restaurants in silver spring, adams morgan, and shaw. Definitely made with love.

This was our first time dining at MELEKET. Our daughter and her husband order takeout from here very frequently. Ethiopian cuisine is probably my husband’s favorite type of food, and we don’t have any good Ethiopian restaurants in Pittsburgh.The restaurant was extremely clean. The food was fantastic.There was no downside to this restaurant. Everything was fantastic and we will be back.

Really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately they were out of several dishes and the kitchen was horribly slow. It wasn't crowded but several parties left without receiving the food they ordered. We got ours but it took over an hour after ordering. Food was tasty and a good value, but we won't be back
