This place is great in theory. Lots of options so we can all eat it despite food allergies. BUT they get our order wrong literally EVERY SINGLE TIME. So one of my kids never gets to eat. If it’s delivery, it takes them 2 hours to get the correct pizza to you no matter what they say on the phone. It’s ridiculous. The last time, they got the order wrong TWICE. I don’t understand. The list of ingredients is always correct on the pizza box. It’s like the employees don’t even read it and just start throwing whatever they want on top.Dietary restrictions: In theory. But our order is wrong every time so it doesn’t inspire any confidence.

Pizza is good. but they do not take responsibility for errors. Had a delivery go bad and after being both late on the delivery, missed one pizza. Mistakes happen thats understandable, but they should make it right on the whole order.Vegetarian options: lots of veggies , peppers veggie saussage etc.

After the movies we were looking for something to snack on, we walk across the street from the theater and we found this pizza place with a catchy name MOD. Not busy since it was after 10 pm but the staff was friendly and our pizza was made quick. The thin crust, pepperoni, sausage and Canadian bacon toppings were tasty and crispy i could easily tell the ingredients were fresh.

I used to love this place. For a very reasonable price, you can get a pizza with any and as many toppings as you like--and they have a great selection of possibilities. They make it right in front of you. I haven't been to MOD pizza in quite a while, because when I've wanted to go in the recent past, it was not open. Maybe they closed temporarily for repairs/ renovations? I look forward to going there againVegetarian options: With a great choice of toppings, it's easy to make selections for a vegetarian pizza, they also make salads.Wheelchair accessibility: On the ground floor, easy access.

My husband and I went to this restaurant with our son and his gf and our baby. We had been in the car for hours and were looking forward to some warm pizza and head to our house. HOWEVER, we waited in line for over an hour. Then when it was finally our turn in line the "manager" turned around and yelled at all his employees and the customers that "EVERYTHING HAS TO STOP! NO MORE PIZZAS! Everything is everywhere and I don't know where anything goes." It was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. No apology from him and he roamed around the back trying to find his head that was in his butt. He couldn't seem to figure it out but things started running better when he went to go yell at the dishwasher! This guy has got to go Mod! Our son and his gf said this guy is always this way. Probably need to part ways with this "manager". The other employees were apologizing for his behavior. Again not professional. I feel sorry for the people who have to work with him! Only giving this place three starts for the polite employees but not him. We waited forever for 18 people in front of us. Yikes! This dude totally ruined the vibe of the restaurant!

I love MOD pizza but this location never seems to be open. I've come here 3 times over the past six months to dine in during normal hours and this location has been closed.
I will not ever try returning to this place. If I check whether a place is open and they say open, I show up. And I expect you to update your Google listing in this day and age.Today is a non holiday and apparently you had a good enough reason to be closed. I'll keep going to mod pizza at my usual spot but not this one, sorry not sorry.

Very surprised by the poor quality of this establishment. Normally me and my boys love a tasty pie from Mod pizza. After moldy cheese and HORRENDOUS service - safe to say this has completely RUINED its reputation in our eyes. INCREDIBLY lackluster employees - couldn't care less about their jobs and have nothing better to do than yell at children. Since I'm not supposed to use expletives on this app - my only words to describe them are TOTAL AXECLOWNS. Absolute DUCKING JACK AXES. If you value your sanity, money, or children - I'd highly discourage EVER ordering a pie from this joint. Just go to papa John's.

We popped in on a Friday evening, and it was dry in there. The service was nice, but from now on I’ll opt for &pizza, which is just a few blocks away but still in walking distance. I gave 4 stars instead of 3 because the dessert was the cherry on top.

personally i think mod pizza is very greasy and i don't always like to eat it however it can be delicious if i need something greasy. really nice atmosphere though i have noticed this about all the mods. there have picture collages of their workers and customers and overall is a very welcoming place.

The staff members gave a mostly inaudible "hello" which I wasn't sure they were saying to me as they weren't looking at me. They both seemed unhappy to be there. I asked for the pizza I ordered to be extra crispy. I never heard the staff member relay that to her coworker. Obviously she did not. The pizza was soft and doughy and, in my opinion, awful.
