I called beforehand to ask about punching stamp cards. I was informed that if I came in with my card, it would be stamped. I come in 10 minutes later only to be told that they would not stamp my card. I would have gone to another location if I was told the truth over the phone. Are you all proud to lie to your customers? I've gone to this location many times before and my card had been stamped with no issue.

I love majority of their cakes. It really makes me happy that their carrot cake that typically would have nuts in it does not as a person with nut allergies but my favorite definitely is the white chocolate raspberry cake but please don't buy them all up because again, they're my fave.

Their Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie cake is amazing! It's honestly better than the gluten cakes, but that might just be our preference because it's very different. Super rich, dense, but not grainy like usual gluten free baked goods. I'm afraid to ask for the nutrition on this thing because it is just SO DAMN GOOD.I do wish they had other gluten free flavors to try.

This location in Silver Spring has the worst service ever. They will sell you bad cakes and the manager and staff are extremely rude. Do not patronize them or you will regret it.

The worst customer service EVER! The manager Aunye is rude and very disrespectful. I was charged twice on my credit card. She indicated the order was voided in their system. The duplicate charges was processed on my credit.
