This is a place is awesome. I ordered samosa and a lamb gyro. I have never been asked if I wanted my gyro spicy. But I was, and I must say this was the best gyro I have ever had. Everything was fresh and delicious also loved the samosas!!!! I will be back for more menu items

I cannot recommend this spot enough, it’s become my favorite in Silver Spring. From classics like lamb over rice to more traditional Afghan dishes, I am always happy. The staff always help with recommendations and are so helpful and nice. I think the portion size and price are a steal and I’m always looking forward to my next visit. Seriously check them out, it’s always a treat!

BEST late night decision. I got the lamb platter, a side of hummus and pita. Everything is hot and fresh, even the bread and veggies! Portions are great. This place is a gem!

I have been to Halal Palace twice, both times I ordered the chicken kabobs which came with rice, salad, bread and chickpeas. The food is delicious, generous portions. I like the little things they add, a lime slice to the salad and the charred jalapeno. The restaurant is not visible from the street and is tucked away at the corner of Georgia and Thayer. I would recommend!

We ordered platter for 4 its plenty of food. They gave us chickpea soup to pour on rice and some green sauce and salad. So good and tasty. Meat was soft and juicy. Chicken was soft over all food is good.
We love this place so much. Best gyros ever. The bread is so delicious and the rice with a platter was well cooked. We have had the lamb, beef, chicken, and falafel and everything is always fresh and flavorful. Their sauces have fresh herbs and the meal is always a pleasant experience when we dine in. Ommmmm this place rules!@!!!@The shawarma is incredible I'm so thankful to get in on this tasty sauce TYVM.Also I'm not even into hummus or Chickpeas. But I'd eat this places garbanzo bean soup all day :P It's amazing. Only from here though no garbanzo beans anywhere else for me atm ty ****I wish my partner could eat here with me. She has food allergies so it's kind of a process to try new places <3
