I would give zero stars if I could. On 11/28 i had an order delivered to me for a small pizza and a large cheesesticks. I ate the pizza that night and saved the cheesesticks for lunch the next day. When I opened the box it wasn't my cheesesticks. I contacted the restaurant and was told that all they could do for me was deliver me another pizza. They would not give me my cheesesticks nor would they refund me. i contacted Papa John's customer service which said they would escalate the situation. I got zero response. So I took the feedback survey and asked to be contacted. Someone did and they asked to speak to me and promised to make it right. i contacted them back and never heard from them again. So a month later I'm still out the money I paid for a wrong order. Never again. No wonder this location can give garbage service and get away with it. you bubble up the feedback and still get nothing done.

The employees at this Papa John's have been serving me incorrect orders on purpose for years. I order extra sauce every time. The guy who worked on Thursday mixed the sauce with water and stuck EXTRA CHEESE on it , which I don't like and didn't order. Other times I've been served with virtually no sauce on my pizza. Sometimes my pizza is badly overcooked. Other times, I've been served reheated pizza stuck in a box. Once, one of the thugs working there served me bad food. The meat was pink and the cheese wasn't melted. When I came back to the store, they ignored me until I got angry and was forced to walk away. Almost all my papa dough orders were made bad, how convenient. They were free. And I noticed the manager is almost always not there when my order is bad. These thugs work by a street code. If they hear stuff they don't like, they'll serve you bad food if you're alone and can't fight back. They'll blow you off in the store until you get frustrated and worked up. Do you people have any idea what people will do over stuff like this? I WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER BUT I'VE HAD ENOUGH. You wanted a problem, you got it, especially since the manager will pretend she doesn't know anything

I called and placed my order around 12pm to be here by 130pm , call the store because it’s 15mins to 2pm and wait says 88mins , I could have ordered elsewhere !!! I’m highly upset & upon speaking to the manager , he stated they had a lot of orders before mine & theres nothing he can do , I mean that’s crazy ! There should have been call for the delay or something , instead I have guest waiting for food & have no eta on when it will be here !! Wats the point of ordering early if they can’t accommodate !!!!!Pizzas now get here past 2pm & they didn’t seem cups & plates as requested !!!! I mean seriously !! Now I’m pissed ! Than animals to injury , the pizza is barely even warm & the cheese sticks are dry like there barely any cheese !!! Seriously a disappointment
I order from this papa johns all the time and it’s all about patience you never know what people are going through at work until your in their shoes some of these comments are inhumane and are quick to judge without understanding the hell these people have to go through I used to work in fast food and it’s always going to be impatient rude and unsympathetic customers like these people in these comments smh

What in the world ! Absolutely ridiculous! I called and placed an order by phone at 11:40. I was told my order would be delivered in 50 min. It is now 0110 and I called to check on the status. The person answers and they say that they are closed and will not be delivering the order. I asked why was my order taken if they weren’t going to fulfill it. The employee said, “I don’t know but I want to go home” I asked to speak to a manager & she hung up on me. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I want the manager of this store to call me. You can look up my number from the unfulfilled orders. I’m glad I was going to pay cash because It would’ve been worse if I actually had already paid for the order. What an inconvenience.

This location is sooo annoying. Somehow I ordered carry out from this location when I meant to order from Hyattsville. Their traditional crust is more like thin crust. That’s the only reason I order from papa johns is because my children like the crust. Also I ordered an 8 piece wings and was only given 6 wings. Wings are too expensive to not get what I paid for. Make sure you check your order before leaving the restaurant smh.

Also the original crust at this location is thinner than it's supposed to be. This has happened more than once, months apart. Make sure to check your order before leaving.
