By far has to be the absolute worst delivery experience i have encountered. Ordered via the website and have been waiting well over 1 and a half hours. called numerous amount of times with the call transferred to a call center which he then proceeds to lie in 3 separate phone calls and says the driver is around the block then says the driver is 5 minutes away. In my final phone call i asked to be transferee to the store manager then proceeds to say the drivers car got towed and is now on the way and then which is when i mentioned how cold the food would be. He then gets aggressive and proceeds to say well ok then i will cancel you're order than instead of working out a way to fix the issue. Absolute horrendous costumer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unacceptable service. We waited for this food for 48mins . I called twice to see where the food was at I was told the driver was on their way few mins which ended up being 48mins! I asked to not come with the food and give me back my refund ! They Force me to wait for the food . When the food got it was disgusting and cold! It look like the food was seating in a car for 48mins ! Some of individuals got sick after eating this food!!! I called to get my refund but they asked for the food back! They weren’t even trying to take accountability of their disgusting service! Why offer delivery if you all can’t deliver on time and provide cold food!

When I entered Pizza Bolis to place an order on Sunday afternoon. The door bell chimed when I entered. The employee was sitting by the cash register typing on his phone. I stood at the counter for approximately 2 minutes and he never said a word or looked up. Poor customer service.

Super sketchy experience w delivery! Driver dropped my pizza off next door, called to say it was dropped off. Came to my front door less than a minute after his call. No pizza to be found. Called restaurant because I couldn’t find his callback number. They said it must’ve gotten stolen. I insisted I went to my door less than a minute after driver’s call.Manager very reluctantly replaced my missing pizza.Driver came back out and delivered said pizza almost to same neighbor’s house! I directed him to me. Waited forever.Never again! Very mediocre thin crust pizza.
