This place must have changed hands. The staff is completely new. They don't know how to make the items on the menu. Quality and quantity have gone down. It's a shame - used to be a decent place. I would recommend avoiding it in the future.

I called ahead for pick up. They messed up my initial order and never made it. They didn't tell me until after I paid, which then forced me to wait for my order to be ready. That could have been forgiven if the food was good. We ordered Old Bay wings and a Spicy Pepperoni Pizza. The wings were haphazardly made with the tiniest sprinkle of Old Bay and were pretty much tasteless. The pizza was supposed to be 10 inches, but it was barely 8 inches. Also it was not spicy at all. I have a feeling they probably didn't add the honey Sriracha sauce that was supposed to be on it.

Tasted like frozen pizza that you heat up in a microwave. We had to throw away both pizzas ( almost 40 dollars for 2 medium pizzas) before we even finished one slice. It is obvious now that Pizza Stop in Mercado Plaza is under new management, and making pizza is definitely not their thing. It gives me no pleasure to write a negative review of an establishment, but customers who have frequented Pizza Stop ( as I did), should know what to expect.

A few days ago I decided to check this place out. After I finished my package drop off at UPS Store, I walked in and ask if they sell pizza by the slice. They did and I ordered 2 slices of plain cheese pizza. OMG, it was so good!! Exactly what I needed. It was so good, I went back the next day and ordered a 16' pie. Highly recommend if you love ny style pizza. Great job guys!! I'll be back soon. Btw... as I was walking back to my car,a lady said to me this pizza place is fantastic. She said she was there the day before like me and went back the next day. Ironic right !!

The best service and food!!!!! Fantastic like home made food and environment!!!!!!
It's probably just a personal preference but the pizza just seems way too unhealthy and it doesn't even taste that good. Everything is way too greasy and the toppings are bloated. The pizza slices are way to spread out to hold in one hand without folding it and the dense toppings just feels out of place. If you're looking for a lite experience, this isn't the best place. I didn't feel like I enjoyed my experience here much.

so I saw it on postmates and tried ordering but the driver told me they refuse to have him deliver, being they have they’re own delivery.… I check they’re website which says 5 miles radius, I live 3.3 miles away and they said I’m too far and won’t deliver… apparently don’t want money
