Very confused by this restaurant. The last 2 times I've tried to come they're closed despite the sign and Google saying they're open. What are the real hours?

By every measure, this is the worst restaurant in Wheaton and probably bottom five in Montgomery County. Lets start with the food: when we went this evening, we asked for chicken tacos as part of their taco Tuesday special. When they brought them out and we tasted them, we realized that the corn tortillas were probably expired, the chicken was crusty and dry, the tacos had guac and tomatoes on them (???), and the avocado salsa we got was basically the same as what was already on the tacos. We ate as many of them as we could because we were hungry, but they were baaaad. Next, the service: to say we were greeted would be a stretch. There were no customers in the restaurant and no tables, and it smelled like bleach. The bartender saw us come in but didn't bother to say hello. We ordered chips and salsa, the aforementioned tacos, and waters. Generally when one orders water at a restaurant they are given tap water at no charge. Well, the sleazy and sketchy business practices of this sad excuse for a restaurant compelled them to give us Nestle PureLife water bottles without notifying us that they were $3 APIECE. When we asked if they had tap water, they said no...even though there was a bar with a tap right in front of us. We were misled, scammed, and gaslit by a bartender with an attitude. If you have any self respect and desire to enjoy a nice evening out with friends, a significant other, etc, avoid this place at all costs. You will thank me later.

Service was a bit slow, the michelada was very good only wish they used Valentina rather than tobacco sauce. The food was good as well, the cheviche was very good, along with their wings and taco durados. They have a pool room section as well where a league plays. The tables are well

We want this place to succeed and it has a lot of potential but there are basics that are missing. We ordered the nachos, they came out cold, never heated, and topped with unmelted mozzarella. You have to melt the cheese, and you cannot use mozzarella on nachos if you're trying to be a Tex-mex joint. The waiter didn't give us plates or forks or knives, we ate with our hands and used the cocktail napkins we had as plates and napkins. We thought the jalapeños that topped the nachos were grilled but when we looked closer they were raw with black spotting from starting to rot. Our waiter stood behind the bar eating with his hands and licking his fingers. One of our margaritas had a fruit fly in it. We didn't get waters. The QR code for the menu doesn't work, we had to look at the menu on our waiter's phone. The bathroom is a horror show that smells like urine and made us question having just eaten there. To the owners, please watch a couple episodes of Kitchen Nightmare or hire a consultant, you've got a good spot but you are missing all the basics of a half-way decent restaurant. We want to come back and enjoy your place.
