Customer service is very poor. I made an order online, and the food was not delivered. I contacted the restaurant and was told they must contact the technician. They did not provide any solution, didn't replace the food, or refund the cost of the food.

The customer service is terrible. They have good days and bad days but mostly bad days. You never know what service you are getting. I called about my order because it was not confirmed online, they put me on hold for more than 10mins. When i called back, someone literally told me to stop calling and dropped the call. Wait time is ridiculous most of the time even if you order online 30mins before arriving. These are my people and i wish they will do better but here we are smh.

The cassava leaf lately has been tasting more like light soup goat meat. I don’t know but it’s like they’ve stopped cooking the goat meat with the cassava leaf but instead they pick the goat meat from the light soup and put it in the cassava leaf when you make an order.

Quite bad customer service from inexperienced/untrained workers that have no respect for customers. Once a customer calls to place an order for pickup, these workers will tell them their pickup numbers and give them 15 minutes to pickup the order. Upon arrival for pick-up (even an hour or more after the order has been placed), these workers will have no idea what customers ordered even when they have mentioned their order numbers. They look down on customers and use absolutely unprintable words on them. In most cases they want customers to pay for the items that they ordered hours earlier before they start processing them, which means that it could take them another two hours to get one order ready because they have already taken their monies. I will not recommend this restaurant, especially their Alexandria location that I have known of to anybody that wants use his money to buy food. You do not want to spend your money and get disrespected at the same by novice workers. If these guys were my employees, I would have fired them long ago. The disrespect of these employees need to be made known to the Fairfax county department of regulatory affairs, and I surely will do that.

I placed an order online when I got discharged from hospital after having a baby and they had everything ready by the time I got there for pickup. It was such a huge blessing for me to have homemade food for some days when home with a newborn. They've everything Ghanaian local dishes and pastries. I ordered fufu from here in 2022 despite the soup being great there was a hair in my food. I decided to never go back but was encouraged to try again. Its 2023 and I ordered banku and okra spent $50 and again a hair in my food. The cooks need to be careful next time. Please wear a hair net so I can enjoy my food and not see hair!!!
