Food was delicious, service was a little slow, but overall I would definitely recommend this restaurant to you.

Went there one Sunday. The cart never made it to our table. Once it came out, people from other tables got up and grab what they wanted with their tickets in hand. We waited 45mins for 1 order of walnut shrimp. After we got it we just left without waiting for the carts to circle around. The carts were coming out way toooo slow. No workers cared to even check on us.

Dimsum is terrible. Hargow skin is thicker than a bowl of oatmeal and composes 2/3 of the entire dumplings mass. Shrimp filling is "wilted". Egg tart crust was raw...see attached image.Only redeeming food items are the noodle dishes and baked goods (pineapple bun)Customer service is terrible even by chinese restaurant standards. No replacement or resolution for raw eggtart

NEVER RETURNING! The staff are rude, ambiance is lame, nobody to greet you when you enter, I had to get my own napkins and silverware because the staff did not provide it, and on top of that when I ordered the lo mein it took far too long to make. I had to watch my family nearly complete their meals before mine arrived. I was so hungry and frustrated I left and got Chipotle next door and took the lo mein as leftovers. Despite the terrible experience still charged. The people at the table next to me had the same problem.

Found a piece of metal ( like a straightened staple in my food and the management wanted me to still pay after only 3 bites it was Found. I left and will never return p.s. I will be telling everyone to BOYCOTT THIS PLACE.......

Very much enjoyed the dim sum at Silver Fountain. It has everything you expect for a dim sum restaurant. Came here twice. Once during the weekend and once during the weekday.Push carts on weekends.Mostly everything we ordered was surprisingly $4.95 or less per dish.Just a wonderful place to go for Dim Sum.Enjoy!

1 hour 30 minutes wait just to sit. 30 minutes wait for a waiter to take order. Seemed understaffed. Food was ok at best nothing great.When food arrived with wrong order still had to accept it and reorder. Had 4 or 5 different waiters come to table throughout the time. 1 took our order for drinks, another brought the wrong drinks 2 Cokes 2 waters, another took order for food, another brought wrong food said doesn't know anything I just bring this to this table. Next another for the check. What a mess. Never once the same person kinda hard to talk to a person that brings the wrong food or drinks that didn't take the order to begin with.Along with the attitude of the employees when asked they gave us the wrong food they complained told us pay and go if we want. We reordered but had to pay for the first wrong order.Id give a better rating for atmosphere it has a nice look to it for what it is. but it's kinda lost with the bad attitudesProbably should have walked out at some point as the whole ordeal took near 4 hours for what I probably could have got at a panda express in 20 minutes. Plus 1 hour to drive there and after waiting so long was hard to just walk away once things got started despite the constant mistakes.
