This is not the location to stop at when you are in a rush. They take a VERY LONG TIME and their curbside is about a 7 min wait. The wait is long whether they are busy or not. This location is close to my house but not one I will choose as first choice.

The other manager is a descent man. He’s always accommodating and friendly. Today this gentleman envited me and several people an eggbites treat which I have to order it next time!having said that I will say he does his job exceptional.The staff are is friendly though there is always room for improvement. The management team do their best to help their customers. They give me sense of fairness1/15/2024The couple in (Hispanic male) black jacket and jeans. And (Hispanic female) black long sleeve and jeans. Were hostile,rude and they made me feel uncomfortable. For no reasonIf this should happen again with someone else. They should be talked to. The man seemed jealous

No point in ordering ahead because they will still take 20 min to have your drink ready and it’s a hit or miss if it will be right. I have seen people ask for refunds because of how long they take. It is always disorganized.

Usually pretty decent if not busy. Otherwise, this is the worst Starbucks I've been to when it's even slightly busy. For example: Ordering ahead and still waiting for 20-30 minutes. Partial orders ready and waiting for the other items 10 minutes or more. Just appears very disorganized. Not isolated since everyone else is experiencing the same when it's like this.Recommend avoiding this place during busy/peak times.

I am not going to talk much about the taste of food as we have known Starbucks is the largest commercial franchise coffee shop, so they always have their standard. But the most thing I like from this Starbucks, not only close to my home, it is about the atmosphere.I believe their drinks and foods aren't the best in the town but people come here because the ambient that make them feel cozy and relax. This location has an average size dining room and patio outdoor seats available even though it is crowded time, still feel comfortable. They also like to organize the special events for socialize and meeting frequently, that's very interesting.As for the staffs, they made orders mistake sometimes (incorrect items, taste too sweet, too bland etc.) but it isn't a big deal because they always are nice and enjoying making coffee for you. Service is quite fast, I usually order online ahead, and most of the time, when I get there. it's ready for pickup.This Starbucks is located at Plaza del Del Mercado, Silver Spring MD. There is huge free parking lots. So convenient for me to grab some drink and breakfast before going to work.

I love this Starbucks. The baristas are very friendly and my drinks are always prompt. I go out of my way just to come here.
I recently went to this Starbucks . I went the first week of them doing the 50% off the cold drinks. There were three girls working there. I went 25 minutes before them closing. As I go in one of the girls complains out loud as I can't hear and tells her coworker in a bad attitude "Close the doors before more people come ". One of the guys told them if they were going to help us since they were just talking and grabbing the bakery items with their Bare hands not even gloves ! Since the guy called them out , once he got his drinks and left they decide to laugh and say "Since he was being rude they put a lot of ice in his lemonade and basically saying they half a** the drink" ! If you don't want to work in customer service then don't work here ! Do Better !

I love Starbucks!!! I just wish when I ask for light ice in my mobile or in-store order that they would actually do it. I watched one of the girls making a drink with a full cup of ice. I assumed it wasn't mine when I saw the amount of ice she used. I was surprised when she called my name for the drink,.. utterly surprised. When I brought it to her attention she poured out some of the drink (espresso & syrup) along with some of the ice and then topped it back off with more milk. At this point I'm already running late for work so I don't have time to get it made over again. I'm sorry this is so lengthy but I just wish they would not disregard it since it is an option. All in all, I LOVE Starbucks so this will definitely not stop me from coming to this location because it doesn't happen every time.

This location is so slow. There’s no point of placing an order in advance b/c you’ll still have to wait 20 minutes for your drink when you get there. Even with a fully staffed team they move slow. It is extremely frustrating and I feel very unfortunate that this is the closest Starbucks to my house. The absolute worst.

Family-friendly local Starbucks! Perfect place for a quick treat, clean atmosphere, and great staff. They host monthly talent events here. Great space for all ages for getting work done. They have outlets everywhere, shared work areas, and individual couples seating or individual spaces. Lovely outdoor area for groups that lights up at night. Spacious and clean. The bathroom requires purchase and a key code. Drinks are made fresh with care. They offer pick up with app. Normally, the crowd is neutral. Come and go all day rush but the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Bring headphones or listen to the playlist from Starbucks.

It seemed like a really slow evening weren't too many customers, but the tables were all dirty. However the staff was very friendly/helpful and made some great suggestions. One of the staff was especially accommodating when I needed extra cream, sugar, etc.
