Every time I come to this Starbucks, they make my caramel ribbon crunch incorrectly. I ask for no whip on the top and extra crunchies. Not only are there never any extra crunchies, you can't even detect the normal serving of crunchies. The drink is also thinner than it is when I order it from other locations. I typically am near here in the afternoon, so hardly any line. They just aren't responsive to the specifics of my drink order. Will not be returning. Ironically, the location in Giant (a few hundred feet away) always makes the drink perfectly. I stop here after my nail appointment because it's convenient, but not anymore. I'll just battle grocery foot traffic and order in Giant from now on.

Worst location ever. Makes one item from my 4 item mobile order and then I have to wait 30 mins for the other singular drink (which took them 2 mins to make). Time management is poor and they need more workers. UPDATE: Had to leave without my food items because I waited for so long I was going to be late. Disgusting. Why in the world didn’t they make all of my order in the first place. What’s the point of mobile order if I have to leave wout my order? To steal money from the customers?

Why this place is full of homeless people?They even sleep/ take a nap . I saw a man drooling on the table ???. Extremely not clean and it’s hard to eat or drinking smelling extremely unpleasant environment!

The service in this location is ridiculously slow. I'm watching the baristas make drinks like they're in vacation or just stand around and laugh with each other. I've worked in hospitality so I understand working with a pace that keeps up with time of service especially when the establishment is basically empty. This location hasn't been open long but the service has consistently been frustrating

It's a Starbucks, I don't have high expectations but this one is really worth avoiding. There are locally owned coffee shops (Crave, etc.) that make great coffee and the pastries and food are worth the trip. Let's face it, you can get the same prepackaged Starbucks food at the 711. A shame that the Peet's that was here closed.

Unfortunately the changes that were made to the layout once Peet's closed are less than ideal. Seating space has been reduced and the flow is not welcoming. I'm really puzzlrd by the changes made.

Very nice interior, service is so poor I can’t comprehend it. Everyone moved at their own pace and I had to wait nearly 15 minutes after a mobile order for ONE sandwich. Everyone employed moves at their own pace like other peoples time doesn’t matter. First and last time at this location. Im not coming

Horrible customer service. The cashier forgot to give me a discount on my personal cup. I understand she is new but train your employees. When I brought the matter to the attention of the batista she tells me I have to do a refund, then I'll be charged back again and given my discount, no! I asked for a manager who never came out. I left with no resolution and no manager to attend to the problem. I'm going back to the Takoma Park location, their customer service is excellent. Do not come to this location.

I am a so-so fan of Starbucks. I feel there are other quality shops in DC and MD. This location does not help me have a better outlook for Starbucks. I use to go to Peet's at this location, and I wish they didn't close it for Starbucks.The customer service at this location leaves much to be desired. I like that they incorporated a pick-up window here, but on numerous occasions when I walk up, I am not acknowledged until minutes after I am standing there. Is there a bell to ring? I know I'm seen. Finally when I am acknowledged, the baristas are not friendly, or welcoming.The food is standard as other locations as well as the drinks. I think all of the employees here need to take some customer service training courses.
