Shop should update their closing times. It’s annoying when you check closing times and fully make sure it says open just to get their and be told that they’re closed. It said closes at 10 and I got their around 8:00. It’s just ridiculous and an inconvenient. Ps. It also says it was confirmed that they closed at 10 pm a week ago so what changed in a 1 week?

Not really professional…Recently I order a drink, and it’s not tasty, too sweet, I felt I was drinking syrup…However, I order in other Starbucks which is located in the same plaza, the drink is just alright…the owner probably need to spend more time to train ppl… i gave 3 stars is for the hard working lady, she takes order and makes drinks by herself…Dietary restrictions: Remind the cashier to lower your sugar level… Don’t get diabetes..lol.

Peter made a great drink and cracked jokes with kids. He was the only barista at the time though so things were moving quite slowly resulting in some leaving.

Not the best Sbux location. Located inside Target, but very very slow. Last week I stopped by to grab some coffee after I was finished shopping. I just wanted plain coffee - not even a latte or anything fancy. I asked for a blonde but was told they don't have that there. Ordered a pike instead and was told it was ready. Due to covid times they don't leave out creamers and condiments so be sure to mention what you'd like inside your coffee when ordering! Also there's no seating available at the moment! I waited way too long to get my drink. Again it was a plain coffee so I didn't get the hold up. The supervisor I believe maybe noticed my impatience and said, "she's new and learning and doing a great job" (referring to the employee who rang me upl. Um ok. I just wanted my coffee and shouldn't have to wait over 5 mins for just that and nothing else and no long lines. Next time I'll just go to the stand alone location in the same shopping center!
The cashier who rang up the person before me seem friendly but when she went to make the drink, what seemed to be manager, rang me up. She was rude and lacked any type of enthusiasm. She looked as if she did not want to be there and sounded like it too. Then while trying to decide how sweet I wanted, she repeated the question and elaborated it, as if I was stupid and did not understand the question the first time. I honestly did not want to order there and after receiving my drink, it looked like she just throw it together. I was just overall unhappy with my experience.
