Very dirty place …and the young girl work here I think she is manager -her customers dealing and customers service is sucks.very bad service and very dirty place..hopefully the food department will check one day…they makes foods here very unhealthy way..please they should concern about it..

Pls don’t have available a feature y’all don’t offer…I’m okay walking inside to pick up my drink but don’t have me sat in my car waiting for curbside that your staff can’t be bothered to acknowledge…the time wasting is what sucks…

This Starbucks is ALWAYS out of more than 4 things . So much so , I have to go outside of the mall to another Starbucks just to get what I want . At this point , they should just shut it down . It’s not the cleanest and it just looks dark and hidden away . If I could give less than one star I would . Every single time man , STOCK UP!

Never get the dragonfruit drink, tastes like total a*** if bugs taste the way they smell, it would taste like this drink. Waste of money and time, Belency was great, but the drink was the total opposite. Since is an anti-Christ, this drink is the anti-Belency. If you want the taste of liver failure in your mouth, get this. Tap water tastes better than this overpriced Gatorade.

The service was extremely slow. There was only one barista working and she was taking her time with everything. I ordered a caramel macchiato and more than half of the drink was just straight milk. When I told the barista my drink was too light, she told me it would cost extra to fix my drink.

One, lovely, decent person managing the Starbucks! All alone with no help on a Friday at noon, on 11/15/19. They must hire more people.

On Thursday, 9/24/20 I ordered a tall decaf Americana on the app. I arrived 20 mins later. No coffee for me. The young woman behind the counter informed me that someone with the same name and same order had taken my coffee. She said it almost as if there had been a robbery or something else that she had no control over. Huh? If 2 exact orders and 2 exact names come in at the same time you have no way of figuring out they are from 2 different people???? Yikes!
