Poor customer support. This subway failed to update their menu on Doordash, so we ordered items that couldn't be madeThe subway refused to send the remaining food unless we approved a substitute for the sandwich they couldn't make.An alternative wasn't acceptable and we just asked them to remove the one item and send the rest of the order, however they were adamant to not send the order with the driverThe subway only agreed to fix the issue after we called Doordash customer support to report the issue

There is a female team member, who I have witnessed multiple times treat customers with attitude and rudeness. My father in law had asked for extra marinara sauce in his sub, she gave him a look that wasn't very nice and did not put extra but charged for it. She also gave the people behind us the same treatment, I still said thank you and told her to have a nice night, I didn't bother mentioning the extra charge. I understand that people can have an off day, or may be anti-social, they aren't required to be super nice, but this was too much, why treat people rudely if they're being kind and patient? The two other employees I see other days are kind, even if they have a line of customers. Those two employees are the only reason I still go to this location. Plus the next subway is a ways away. I've been to plenty of fast food restaurants and I've never seen any employee treat people this way.

There is a Salvadoran employee, who serves in a very bad way and as a customer that keeps you from going or ordering food there, they should put a stop to this woman who is rude, otherwise the place will go down further every day than it already does.

I ordered 5 subs using the app and was called twice by the restaurant to confirm that I really placed an order. I ordered 5 subs total. 4 of which were supposed to be toasted. The app offered delivery as I only live a few miles from the location but would not process my order for delivery. I order the subs for pick up. My daughter arrived and not one sun had been made. None of the four four toasted subs was toasted. The meat on the monster cheesesteak was ice cold and it seemed like the meat for a 6 inch was spread across my foot long. On my 6 inch Italian, there was no meat on half of the sub. I've been going to this subway for years but by far these were the worst subs ever. Luckily there is a jimmy johns a wawa and a Jersey mikes nearby.

Sandwiches are large and tasty here and are a great deal when there is a buy one get one free deal using the app or online. My orders for the month of February were on time upon pick up. Wish this Subway was located closer to my home!

I ordered food on the app for pickup in store. There's a deal running in the app for BOGO footlong sandwiches until 2/17, so that was nice! The store was clean and well maintained and the employee was friendly. Our sandwiches were correctly made and had the requested add-ons. I'd order from here again.

The service has really gone downhill here. I recently placed an order through the app for pickup. The app showed me that my order was ready so I went to the store and saw a big line to the door. I went to the pickup or "express" area and the lady said my order wasn't ready and that they are busy. They kept making orders for people in line even though I had placed my order 30 mins prior. I had to wait another 15 mins for them to make only half my food; I told them to cancel the other half and give me what they made. They are understaffed and undertrained--one worker had to translate every customer request to the only other worker. I saw two people leave the line in frustration. Subway had sales exceeding projections by nearly $1.4 billion yet can't get the basics right.

Cloverly Subway is clean, no wait time, delicious tuna sub on whole wheat bread, toasted with pepper jack cheese. Yummy!
