This location is constantly out of supplies and Ingredients. No salad bowls, out of steak, meatball, common things that this chain has. Whoever is managing this location needs to step up their attention to store supplies. Each customer that came in had to order alternate things. Terrible.

The ladies working there are kind. The subs taste good. Honestly, it is a cheap sub place not fine dining. Props to the workers I’ve worked fast food jobs in college. People can be so rude, demanding, and picky. I am confuse as to why people stayed and ate the food if it was so bad. Also, the English speaking and ethnic comments show your character, also the constant one star reviews on your account do too… For the incompetent comments, why don’t you be smart enough to save and make your own food or hear me out go somewhere else. I’m lucky and get free lunches cause of my career and don’t care how the people are just grateful they are there.

This is an odd little Subway attached to the Travelodge in Silver Spring but my experience was ok overall. When you walk in there's plenty of indoor seating and a huge fireplace. Around the corner is the typical Subway setup. I was the only person in there at noon on a Monday but that's ok...more attention for me! My only complaint (and this is now the second time I've experienced this but at another location) is burnt cookies! I love the white chip macadamia cookies and was extremely disappointed they were out. The cookies they did have were burnt so I couldn't even settle for a chocolate chip cookie instead.

Worst customer service ever!!! This location deserves 0 stars! Do you actually interview the people you hire? Or just take anyone and give them an apron. This employee is rude, unprofessional and has a bad attitude. Don't expect any customer service skills from her because you have to start with home training first! This employee does a disservice to the company. Management before you lose more customers rehire!!!!!

The Ethiopian manager is beyond rude, I use to come to this location a-lot but after today I would never dine in or order takeout again. She screamed and yelled after I asked her to use the restroom after I purchased food. She lied and said the restroom was out of service however multiple employees were going in and out. This establishment needs new management asap.

The two , I think Ethiopean, ladies , made awesomesome sandwiches (couldn't speak much English but that's OK) . Recently one woman replaced with a Spanish speaking lady who skimps on the sandwich contents.. she needs to learn from the Ethiopean how to do it right.
Order on-line and you are much more likely to come close to the sandwich you desire - and they are generous with asking for extra. IF you try to call in - definitively a language issue. so do it on-line or the point with finger and hand signals method in person.. much more universal.

I have read previous comments, nothing has changed. They do not understand a word of English. You have to repeat yourself multiple times and yet they don't get. I have walked away with a sandwich made as per their liking as they cannot hear or cannot understand simple English.
