Oh noooooooo! Is it Subway at Woodmoor Shopping Center closed down permanently? I've been going to subway owned by this family for years. Suddenly there was brown paper covering the windows, Subway signage outside was removed and note saying "Closed". The entire restaurant is emptied out. The place was just renovated too. What in the world happened. The other Subway at White Oak, is just not the same. Man.

When a customer enter a establishment you greet them in a respectful matter. This subway is the worst with customer service. I would rather try another Subway or maybe not.

Mobile ordered two foot long sandwiches. When we arrived at the time indicated on the order, the staff was still helping the customer in the store. Had to wait for about five minutes to get our subs. The steak and cheese was warm as expected. The tuna was well prepared as usual.

Worst Subway location. All employees were rude and not nice at all. Bad customer service. This location will not allow customers to use the bathroom. I had a long ride home to VA and asked to use the bathroom before ordering and I was denied access. Very horrible experience.

Sandwich was made wrong and the soda machine puked out the most disgusting drink I’ve ever had. I would drive 100 miles to another subway before coming back here!

They discontinued over roasted chicken and now just have grilled chicken that tastes horrible will not recommend to anyone! Also the staff here is very rude.

Ordered online. All 4 sandwiches were incorrectly made. Wrong bread, missing meat, not toasted. Store manager said he'd refund my order and now two weeks later still no refund. I'd stay away from this location cause if things go wrong you'll just be out of luck.

Imagine trying to purchase something and everything you ask for is not ready or unavailable. Sweet old guy but before you open your store one would assume that you would have things ready for consumption. Yea I won't be returning.
