An order was placed online by my co worker via Uber eats when came to pick up the order for us because she does not drive they wouldn’t allow me to pick up her order without giving a phone number. Out of the 3 sandwiches one was mine that I’ve already paid my co worker for. I have never experienced a Uber eats order like this before plus it made me late for work because the order was not ready.

I eat subway subs 7 days a week at many locations, since i live in whiteoak area i gave this location a try. Before even entering inside, the bread warmer looks filthy from the outside and i was so amazed by it so i took a snap of it and entered. I ordered the same sub i order at every location, steak and provolone cheese with black olives and mayo. Thats it. When i took my first bite, i could tell right away something wasnt right, it had an after taste that i can feel in my nose. Gave it a second bite and right away knew something was not right so i told the employee working there that my sub tasted weird…there were two employees there that time. An indian lady in her 50s and a spanish woman in her 30s. They both acted like they didnt hear me first, I repeated what i said and then the indian lady came closer and said “our subs are loved by everyone and nobody complains” like this is easily the dumbest excuse i ever heard…i dont care if the whole of USA comes here and buys from u but the sub dont taste right so i told her to give me another sub, the chicken teriyaki. The Indian lady (unsurprisingly) said “u want to pay the same price?” Thats when i got annoyed and told her i already paid for my sub and just took a bite of it and want a new sub ofc without paying again. Even their own receipt says “if u dont like our sub, we will make it right” and showed her what their own receipt said. Then the spanish lady started making my sub ( i believe the inidan lady runs the place) while making my sub the Spanish lady repeated what the indian said “everybody like our sub” i was like it doesnt matter if everyone else like it, it doesnt taste right and i eat this sub everyday.. she replied “yeaa it matters” then the indian lady interrupted and said “ maybe u added a new sauce or condiments u never tried before”I said to her “ u know food can go bad right?” Shes like “yea i know but our meats is fresh and I checked the date balh blah” it doesnt matter if u checked the date, food can go bad regardless. I told her to taste it and the inidan said “im vegetarian “ then told her to make her other employees taste it, i was literally giving them a positive suggestion for a better tomorrow. They still stood by their statement stating i was the issue and not the food. Places like this are the ones that will never feel accountable for their actions and tey to blame the customer for complaining. I aint no karen, i rarely complain on anything that happens to me. I always let things go. But this subway even before entering gave me a weird dirty vibe, and my guts were right. And even after getting my teriyaki chicken, i got a cup to get soda from the machine and after filling it and sitting to enjoy my meal, i saw something floating inside my cup. I spilled it and added soda in it again. I didn’t even say a thing about that. I just took couple bites of the teryaki cuz everything just felt dirty to me and generally most subways are very clean.Avoid this subway store at any cost. Just go to another location. If this review page lets me post a picture, i will post the pic of the bread cabinet that is visible from outside. Worst subway experience ever, from the atmosphere, the food and the customer service. Trash Trash Trash ?

The attitude of the staff in this place is highly unprofessional and probably the management is the same. For example, when you order an item of the menu the stuff are completely ignorant of the ingredients and you have to explain everything from scratch. I think this is mainly a management problem that did not trained properly the staff. It is not a big deal for an employee to learn what 12 suggested sandwich options contain and prepare them as is in the menu. I find that the quality of the sandwiches is very good. Most of the times the ingredients where fresh and tasty. Definitely one of the best options for a sandwich.

I wish I could give zero to this store! They are so mean and will steal your money! They don’t refund me after I canceled an online order. I put in multiple complaints about this, but did not get one reply.Also at another time, I used a ‘get one free sub coupon’ at this store. The artisan is so mean, he only gave me a tiny bit of vegetables and Italian sausage. He also made the face while me ordering.

Staff is not friendly. Sandwiches are mediocre, staff is very stingy with the toppings. You will not get what you pay for at this store. Store is often empty now I know why.
