The owner of this establishment is a disgruntled, angry woman who mistreats customers. She is verbally abusive to customers and very clearly a miserable person. After my horrible encounter with her I decided to take my business to another subway location and I'm glad I did. Had I purchased my sandwich from her it would have tested as bitter as she is.

Order a 12 inch turkey sandwich and a 6 inch turkey sandwich ask her to split the 12 inch in half it had all the same ingredients on it. She charge me for thre 6 inch turkey sandwiches I had already paid and when I said, why is it so much she told to play the 12 inch and a half, which makes it three sandwiches COME ON

The worst Subway. On Sunday people on the line five six people. one lady is there to service us. asked her that if there is anyone inside to help her out because it's so long we can see that there's somebody inside but this lady said is oh no I'm by myself and it took her long, she's too slow with her attitude with her not wanted to call assistants. My friend and I left without getting food. Never recommended this place.

Very bad customer service, please avoid this place. The older lady has very bad attitude. Please don't try to buy from there. If there is negative star I am happy to give -1000. I usually use use subway and have very good customer service, but this one look like they come from jungle.
Pro: clean environment, coupons, moderate size parking lot, online ordering. Con: Price. This subway location is my go to store since it is close to my home and is in close proximity of a Giant grocery store. They recently remodel the inside of the store so it has a modern clean aesthetic. The price is a bit expensive so I only ever eat here if I get coupons through the mail. I mainly order online and coming to pick it up is fairly simple. All in all not a bad place to grab a quick bite.

I’ve been at this location many time but today the front asked if I was going to buy anything because I asked the code to their restroom. Then, the front was not following my orders and very rude! So, I left them and I’ll never return. I’ll post this in my social media groups of 40,000+ members to let my fans know! Very bad service!

This review is for the Subway at 45 Randolph Rd. Colesville Silver Spring, Md. only. Every time we visit this location and try to use a coupon, there is always a problem. Our previous visit, we used 2 coupons in which I knew could not be rung up under one check, I advised the associate to ring each coupon as a separate sale, the associate went back and forth on how it's one coupon per person, but rung both sales up separately anyway, I had to listen to a lecture first. On our next visit, we used a bogo coupon that I just cut out that day that came in the mail. I was told the coupon has already been used, I asked her if I just cut it out today, how could it have already been used. We only go to Subway when we have coupons, it's not a have to have favorite spot. After that associate accused us of reusing a coupon, she honored it anyway. I am a 50+ year old woman who doesn't have time to play these games. I will never go back to that particular location ever again. Customer service sucks!!!
