I didn't like that food, it's tasteless, they don't use broth, they only season it with salt, it makes me nauseous, most of the trailers they cook, the only one that's better is the Banessa pupuseria that's in the pany branch.

Taqueria Ajua: A Quick Taco Stop with Potential In a rush before an event and with tacos on my mind, I made a quick stop at Taqueria Ajua. The craving for carne asada with spicy sauce was real, and this place seemed like the perfect spot to satisfy it. The tacos certainly packed a flavorful punch. The spicy sauce was a hit - just the right level of heat to add excitement to each bite. However, the carne asada itself fell a bit short of expectations. Unfortunately, the meat was on the drier side, making it a tad difficult to enjoy fully. It seemed like a small misstep in an otherwise promising dish. The corn tortillas, another essential element of a good taco, also left something to be desired. They could have benefited from a bit longer on the grill. The lack of that toasted quality you expect from a perfectly grilled tortilla was noticeable. Despite these drawbacks, I see potential in Taqueria Ajua. The flavors were there, just needing a bit of fine-tuning in the execution. I believe everyone deserves a second chance, especially when it comes to food, so I'm willing to give them another try. For anyone in a hurry and looking for a quick taco fix, Taqueria Ajua might just hit the spot. I'm hopeful that my next visit will be a more rounded experience, where the meat and tortillas match up to the tantalizing promise of their spicy sauce.

Love the tacos!!I like to order head so I don’t have wait as much. It can get pretty busy.

Very stingy with their taco sauces. I placed 3 different orders and they only gave me 1 sauce for all 3 orders! Then when I asked for the sauces for the other orders they said I had to pay which is no problem if I would have known from the beginning they skimp you with sauces. So for 3 different tacos orders I had to share a tiny ass green sauce with the other two ppl. Very frustrating.

I am very upset by the bad service and when I called to place the order, the lady who took the call put me on hold and then she did not answer the phone. I made a few calls and finally got her to take my order. I have been a customer for many years. I ordered 20 tacos. But they didn't give me the Sebolla. I always get it with the order. I think that if they charge $4.00 dollars for each taco, the sebolla is cheap and because they want to sell it separately, they want to charge 2.00 dollars for a small bag. How outrageous it is that they lose one more customer.

Taqueria Ajua is one of the few food trucks you'll find in the large parking lot, by the Unique thrift store. You can't miss it, as it's silver in color and is the only one with the long lines! The menu is simple, offering tacos, tortas, quesdillas, burritos, platters, and various specials, such as the birria). We came here for lunch, and we ordered:+a pollo taco - this tasted much better than it looked, but the chicken could have been more flavorful+a carne asada taco - wasn't really a fan of the flavors of the carne asada, as it was bland+birria - comes as a set of 3 or 4; probably one of the best birrias we've had on the east coast! These were crispy, and the filling of the birria was super generous, flavorful, and even heightened when dipping in the consommé +barbacoa de res - comes as a set of 3 or 4; these were generously filled with the shredded beef; definitely better when dipped in the birria's consommé +and, horchata - wasn't a fan of this drink, as it had an off-putting floral note to it; didn't like this rendition of itService was super friendly and welcoming! There's also a table with a handful of chairs if you'd like to enjoy your food; most seem to call ahead or get their orders to go.Definitely would come back for their birria!Plenty of parking in the large lot.+delicious birrias!+friendly service!+plenty of parking

We got 4 burritos on 2 different occasions. They were bland, interesting, and were mostly rice. Sad to say, we would’ve been better off going to chipotle.

This has been my favorite taco truck from the very beginning; 7 years ago. The food that comes out of this truck is just exceptional, makes you always want to come back. From the different verities, my favorite are still the tacos de lengua, the sauce it’s just done, right. You can either order at the truck or order online now.

I’ve been here a few times lately and they’ve been closed every time? Can someonePlease update this if they are closed?**UPDATE** they are now operating out of a different truck, the old one is out of service but it’s the same food in the truck that’s in front of the old one if that makes sense, they have a table out front very accommodating people and great food.

Overall good carne asada burritos! I ask for no cream. Make sure to get extra salsa. Ask for little rice to make sure they don't skimp on meat.

Authentic taco truck with great options. & service was fast. I got the Birria tacos and a chicken taco on corn. I really loved the Birria and the broth was so flavorful. The chicken was pretty good, but the crispy edges on that Birria cant be beat . I'll definitely be back! OH & the salsa is delicious, the green is my fav
