The food is great but the customer service is not so great. You can hardly hear the server. I have been ordering bowls for a while. Each time I go in something changes. One person says one thing & another. Online it says you can order up to 5 toppings on a bowl. I get there & the guy said only 3. I had to call foe clarification because that is not being told there. they now said each bowl has different number of toppings. Nowhere online it says that. Very disappointing

Went in for taco Tuesday double checked with guy who did my food to make sure the deal was available he says no, I then pay full price and after I cash out he says he remembered it’s supposed to be half off but then offered no adjusted check or chance to correct issue. I even added my loyalty points to the check. Didn’t say let me give you extra tacos since I over charged didn’t even apologize. Said manager wasn’t there and he couldn’t fix issue. Very disappointed after even asking when the promo had ended prior to paying for the food. Bad experience but food is always good can’t deny that.

Best Jamaican food that I’ve had in a very long time. It’s sooooo good and I will be back! I had the oxtail pulled beef, curry chicken, rice & peas & steamed cabbage.
Had takeout. Food portion doesn’t really match the price, but I only tried one thing, and it was ok. The food handler mumbles and doesn’t even face you, as if they don’t even want to serve you or something.

Wait staff is ALWAYS, short, rude and I’ve witnessed two employees arguing with customers before on Georgia Ave. just called to place an order…. Not only was the woman rude as hell but apparently if your order isn’t big enough I.e $15 wings, $6 mac and cheese, $6 fries apparently isn’t enough. In order to avoid the crazy lines and potential crazy atmosphere that usually ensues I.e standing waiting for 25 min plus, why not avoid the hassle and allow people to order before hand WITH LEGIT CUSTOMER SERVICE! It’s crazy businesses expect us all to spend our hard earned money at places that DONT VALUE OUR STEWARDSHIP!
