Hate to write bad reviews since I'm in the service industry and give everyone the benefit of the doubt. The place is empty and took the guy in the front 5 minutes to acknowledge me. I waited another 10 minutes to pay for my food after the guy walks away and didn't press done so my card couldn't go through. I had to grab the receipt myself to check if the order was correct to find out it wasn't. He said it's okay and I'll fix it even though one of the orders were cheaper than the other item. I dont care about the money but service here isn't good at all. The girl packing the fries in the containers doesn't even wear gloves.

I went early today around noon and before I get to the bad let me say the good. Food was great (yeah fast food but it was good!) the place was CLEAN. And the service was nice. But now let me get to the bad. The older gentlemen who I believe is either the owner/manager was SO RUDE to his employee who was running the cashier. Poor woman was being scolded and made a fool because she didn’t know how to do an operation on the keypad for cookies. As an owner/manager you should teach and help with compassion. He was nice to me but to that woman he was being so awful. She didn’t deserve that. So yeah good food nice place good service but TREAT the employees better please!

UberEATS driver. I picked up an order at this Wendy's at appx 21:00 on a Sunday. The restroom smelled like someone just smoked cocaine in it a few minutes before my arrival. I waited over 20 minutes for my customer's normal-sized order to be prepared. The employee preparing the order was wonderful. She was taking care of absolutely everything. It seemed like she was training everybody else who was working there that night. She was handling the workload like a champion. I messaged my customer, apologizing for the delay and reassuring that I would be running the order to them ASAP. No harm, no foul.

Normally, I already know to expect that my food will not be fresh or hot even but this time I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the junior bacon cheeseburger $5 biggie bag and the food was not only hot but fresh. The bread was not all crumbly as usual. Breaking apart in my mouth. It was soft and hot. I was so impressed. Shout out to the Wendy's near cherry lane in Laurel, Md.

Going through construction so it's drive-thru only (not to bad).But.....I was waiting in line for 35 minutes, every order was getting asked to wait in the parking lot after paying, at least two managers on staff and they didn't want me to have the regional managers contact info to redress my grievances.
