If you want to wait over an hour AFTER you arrive to pick up the food you ordered ONLINE!, then this is the place for you. Online the website said it'll be ready between 15-20 minutes from ordering. Ordered via the website at 13:45, arrived at 14:05. When I arrived they said 10 more minutes, so 14:15 is when my food should be ready. The wings and sandwich I ordered came with ranch. 20 minutes later (14:25), they said they ran out of ranch and needed to make some and that it should only take 7 minutes to make. 20 MINUTES LATER! (14:45), they said they're still making the ranch and it should only be another 5 minutes. ANOTHER 20 MINUTES LATER!, they still hadn't made the ranch so I told them to forget it and just give me my food. Finally left with my food BUT NO RANCH at 15:05. This location is grossly mismanaged and it shows. This isn't the first time I've waited excessively long for their simple menu food which is why I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait in the restaurant for long. It's not like it's Cheesecake factory will all their options. It's not hard. I will never go to this location again and I will instruct all those in my life to drive the extra 8 minutes to the Hanover location or drive all the way to Silver Spring or Tacoma Park. You'll get your food faster by driving to those locations than it would be to wait at this Laurel location.Also, they don't have a trashcan for dine in guests to throw away their trash. The first time we ate inside we were instructed to throw our trash away in the trashcans on the sidewalk out front which seemed off but I don't know Maryland restaurant codes so I left it alone.TL;DR - You'll wait forever. Go to a different location.

They never answer the phone. EVER. You’re forced to order online because Everytime I call it either goes straight to “ the number you are calling isn’t available “ or they have you waiting on hold forever. Also the manager has an attitude. Ranch wasn’t placed in the bag and when I went back to say I didn’t get my ranch and if I could please get one, he acted as if I was lying just to get extra ranch…. Then proceeded to give me an attitude when handing me the ranch. Orders has been wrong multiple times. Overall not a good experience.

This wingstop location has force 3rd party delivery personnel to make drink for its order. Which is the violation of health dept. It has been inform to the staff but they refused to obey the law. There for if you have ever order food delivery from this location you have put yourself at risk. This case has been reported to the Montgomery health dept, Ubereats, Wings stop but they all ignored. If you think about to order food delivery from this location plz think twice. And plz look up for more information why 3rd party personnel is not allowed to make your food!!!!!

Just ordered garlic parmesan wings via Uber Eats from this location and the wings had ZERO flavor and microscopic seasoning. No salt, hardly any garlic parmesan. A complete waste of money. It tasted like unseasoned chicken, fried in oil, and packed.

Horrible!! They won’t even acknowledge you when you walk in, I just stood there and no one said a thing!! Thank god I didn’t order anything. If you are too good to provide customer service why work there in the first place! Then again fast food jobs are perfect for people like that!! Enjoy flipping wings!!

Fries were old and overcooked. I called to complain and the cashier said they were like that because they were organic. We eat a lot of organic food everyday and I know you could cook them without burning them. She said she will replace them if I bring them tomorrow because it is late now. I already threw them in the trash. I told her so. She said she would only replace them if I bring them back. I told her they are already in the trash.

Zero, the service is terrible, when you arrive to order, no one in the cashier area has to ask yourself, please, I want to order something, then they look at you and when they want, they go and treat you poorly because they understand that the customer is bothered. Your peace, next time I will go with my cell phone recording everything to upload it to the networks
