This is absolutely THE BEST bbq I've ever eaten! I got the brisket sandwich with tiger sauce and it was amazing...so tender and flavorful! If this truck is in your area, you've got to try it! I would eat their food everyday if I could.

We had brisket, pulled pork, slaw, smokey mac and cheese, and green beans for my daughter’s graduation party and the food was absolutely AMAZING! People kept raving about the food! Lots of people went back for seconds…especially the brisket!
Had the pulled pork meal with mac and cheese and fresh cut fries. Had the dessert of the day, cherry pineapple dump cake. Everything was very fresh and delicious. Very friendly service. Reasonable prices.

Rollin’ Smoke was so awesome! I ordered catering for 50 people and they totally came through! The whole process-ordering, payment, pick up- was very easy and convenient. They were very helpful, I’d recommend them any time!

my husband stopped on the way home from work and grabbed us some for dinner. he said the own said "this is the best BBQ in hagerstown." let me tell you, HE WASN'T KIDDING. This was absolutely delicious. I had the pulled pork, macaroni, and green beans. 10/10. my husband had the brisket, macaroni, and baked beans. we couldn't have picked a better dinner. 10/10 on absolutely everything. we will definitely be back for more. ??

I’ll be honest … I’m a sauce lady generally …but Renee was right about their food not needing a bunch of sauce … Well, I’ll say….it needed NO sauce … in fact I had a sample platter of the brisket, pulled pork, and pitt beef…and I didn’t use one drop of sauce… the flavors were so amazing that sauces would have actually covered the nuances of fabulous flavors …. I thought I would eat when I arrived home … and I thought on my way home, I would just eat the absolutely delicious fries while they were hot…but when I tried the meats… I couldn’t stop… I literally used my fingers and could barely keep my focus on driving because it was sooo delicious … the best BBQ I’ve ever had and I think it would be everyone’s favorite!!! It melted in my mouth and I couldn’t really believe how delicious it was!!! And I downed the fries while they were still hot, too…loving every bite!!! The coleslaw was yummy, but I added a little vinegar when I got home… and finished off slaw here…and realized I usually have my slaw with my meat… but it didn’t need anything added… it was perfect the way it’s served!!! Don’t miss out!!! Your taste buds need this food truck!!!
