“I had a issue with my carryout order when I came to pick it up. My order wasn’t there. I showed the girl on my app that it was placed at this location and it said it was ready. We came to realize that the delivery driver who was working accidentally took my carryout order instead of their delivery so my order wasn’t at the store. I asked to speak to the manager and the young lady said she was the manager and she was so polite even though I expressed my frustration onto her I felt bad for taking it out on her as I saw she was by herself and busy. I can’t remember her name but it was during the afternoon on 11/1 and she had red hair. She went out of her Way to make sure my order would be made again correctly, she apologized more times I can remember and after seeing that she actually cared about my issue and didn’t give an attitude like other fast food places do she calmed me down and i was extremely happy with the outcome at the end. Very good service from her. I went back a couple hours later to apologize and she smiled and said it was her mistake and she understood why I was upset. I tried to give her a $20 tip but she denied and said she couldn’t accept my tip due to the issue being her fault and didn’t want to take it but i insisted and left it on the counter. after all I was the one who gave her a hard time over a minor mistake. mistakes happen especially in food service and I’m very sorry again to the young lady that was there. I’m hoping she will see this. Thank you!“
“The manager here is exceptional! He’s always so pleasant and friendly even when he shouldn’t be. There was a very difficult customer behind me today and he kept it professional and kept his composure while being yelled at over less than a dollar! He needs a raise!“
“Passing through California on Sunday for a quick bite— after maybe 2 years — we noticed this was a new business in the area. I stopped by with my parents to give it a try. We shared the Slim Meal (5). The dining room was full and busy. Ordering was easy and finding a bilingual cashier felt welcoming as a Latino family. Wait time was also very quick. And everything served felt truly fresh. Chicken wasn’t over seasoned like others chains I’ve tried. So I hope to stop by next time I’m in the area as it was a pleasantly hot and tasty meal. It truly feels like there’s a lot of care put into the place. Thanks!“
“It's been a rainy dreary day and I had no energy to make dinner nor desire to run out and pick something up. I placed an order with Pizza Hut in Lusby. Anytime I have something delivered from anyone, the driver is usually gets lost in our condominium complex, but their driver, Kimberly, arrived with no problem. She arrived at my unit with a smile and made a fuss over my dog when he greeted her at the door. Rain dripping off her coat, she handed me my dinner and wished me a happy holiday. Pizza was delicious but her smile on such a dreary night is what gives this rating five stars.“

“We order from Domino’s fairly often. They are always fast getting the order ready.Today, my son went in to pick up the pizza, and he dropped it on the way to the car. Somehow, it even came out of the box!I scooped up the pizza and took it back inside and explained what had happened. Domino’s made us another pizza free of charge. Saved the day because my son was feeling bad about what happened. Thanks Domino’s ❤️“
“Always good food. Service good. Make sure waitresses who wish to complain about customers, do so in private and not where other customers can hear them. I was a customer who over heard the waitress complaining honestly about where a customer sat and that she ordered by way of carry out and then decided to dine in. Restaurant dining was not busy and waitress complained to the customer about the fact that she could lose out on money since they ordered carry out and not with her. Just unprofessional and honestly not the customers problem nor did it need to be brought to their attention. Just saying.“
“I would like to make a note about the old bay wings, I love them but I think more old bay should be added. The chicken should have least an overnight soak in old bay batter so that it can be completely infused completely, and before being cooked more old bay should be coated over the chicken, and once it’s cooked, more old bay. Still super good though“
“Ordered here 5 years ago when I first moved up here and had the worst pizza in my life. Ordered here the other night and it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had and the bread sticks were amazing. I asked for extra seasoning on them, the manager and cook went out their way to satisfy me. Will definitely be ordering here again.“
“There used to be Jerry's Subs located all over the east coast. I think there are only 2 remaining, both in Calvert County, Md. I went to the Solomons location, which offers daily specials if you order online. Every day, they offer a small NY pizza and a soda for $7. The pizza was as good as I've ever had.“
