The sawed off manager is incredibly rude and is terrible at making food and customer service. Not ideal, considering that about sums up her job. The lady at the register, however, is one of the nicest people you could meet.

Yesterday was the 2nd time recently that we went there for...chicken! Once it was a Saturday afternoon & yesterday (a Friday dinner hour) and NOPE, no chicken! What's with that??! Maybe they sh/ take the KFC sign down & just do tacosBut there's more ! Read my negative reviews of the next 2 places we tried to get chicken the 2 local Fastops

Went to drive thru. They made us go around to the side to wait for the food. Waited around 7-10 minutes so I went inside to check on the order. Ordered two 12 piece nugget meals and they gave me 9 pieces for each meal and didn’t include the biscuits. When I went back inside they told me it would be another 7 mins for the biscuits. Tried to get a refund and they went back and forth with us until the biscuits were ready. All took around 25 mins to get all of my food.

Prices have sky rocketed it was $26 for 2 chicken strips meals. Totally not worth it. Slim chickens is so much better and they are cheaper.

Never have dark meat chicken (if they have any chicken at all). The employees there told us to always call ahead to guarantee dark meat. We tried calling on numerous occasions but the call never connects. It says call failed every time. We tried with different phones and it kept doing that. The specials that are online is never offered here. 8 pc chicken tenders are $20 and that’s not even the meal. Absolutely ridiculous prices and the food is not what it use to be. So, rude staff, no special promotional pricing honored here, and never any dark meat…. you’re better off driving over the bridge to California or to Prince Frederick. This was not just a one time occurrence. We’ve been going here for the past 4 years and it’s only got worse. Boomerangs is just down the road and they have wonderful chicken options which is worth the price, but it’s not convenient since there is no drive thru. I hope KFC corporate office takes notice of all these bad reviews and improves this store.

Order was not ready at the window. The drive thru lady told us to park in handicap spot and wait for order to be brought out. 20 minutes later, 3/4 of the order was provided and the employee said they had new screens. Showed my receipt and the lady took it back inside with her to complete the order. I went inside because the employee had my receipt. The poor guy walking in behind me had been waiting longer than me, and his order was wrong too. I watched them make my missing order, but even with the itemized receipt in their hands the order was wrong. I would have given 1 star for being told to illegally park in handicap, the wait time, missing sandwich, and wrong order even after being provided the customer copy receipt, but gave 2 stars because the fries were hot and tasted good. Hope you have a better experience. They're probably understaffed and who is working there needs more training with the new screens. KFC used to be a treat when I was kid, with a big busy staff and even busier manager. This place had about 3 people trying to do everything. I don't know what happened but it's definitely driving customers away.

Absolute rip off. Ordered 2 KFC bowls, 2 chicken littles and a 5 piece tenders meal. Total was $40+ dollars and it took 25 minutes to get my food. Got home there was no chicken in both bowls. Also, the tenders meal that cost $14.99. Each tender was about 2 inches long. Seriously? They looked like nuggets and were hard.. like sat under a headlamp for hours hard.. called the store to complain but no one answers the phone.... KFC is not what it used to be. Go elsewhere.

This business is a real cluster f@#k, how they make business is beyond me, they always out of things. They don't put the correct order together. The owner of this KFC must be in debt up to his eyeballs. No way is he making a profit with the poor management of this business. Sadly as it maybe, I wouldn't recommend this KFC for nothing. Corporate should shut this KFC down or buy it back from the franchisee. Definitely a horrible kfc in the area, in Southern Maryland. Yeah that bad!
