Ordered on the mobile app at 10 am (when they were still serving breakfast). Got to the curbside spot around 10:11, sat there until 11 am. I called asking what was taking so long, they told me that they got slammed inside. When my order was brought out, they forgot things and forgot straws. If you have an hour to sit and wait then I suggest coming here.

Saturday April 13, 2024. 6:15 am. I did a drive through at this McDonalds. The lady on the mic said she could not understand me when I attempted to place my order, she told me to drive to the second window. I drove to the second window and placed my order. I got my food and left. I could tell that the chubby Caucasian lady on the mic has a poor customer service communication skills from the way she spoke to me over the mic.Sunday April 14. 2024. 6:18 am. I drove straight to the second window to place my order. When I got to the window the same chubby Caucasian lady was at the window to take my order and the first thing she said to me was ''You don't come straight to the window you should place your order before coming to the window''.She was very impolite and confrontational. I told her that yesterday she told me to drive to the second window because she did not understand me and that's why I drove straight to the second window so she can understand me when I place my order.I told her she needs to treat customers nicely and that she does not know who she is attending to when she attends to customers. She frowned at me and closed the window.MANAGEMENT SHOULD TRAIN HER TO BE POLITE AND COURTEOUS TO CUSTOMERS. SHE NEEDS TO WORK ON HER ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.

They do NOT give you food after 9PM, despite being open. They’ll falsely claim that they only take cash, or that they’re busy. Even if you have cash they do NOT give you food. They will have you sitting there for 10, 15 minutes or MORE while they sit around and do nothing. Go to Burger King. Just go to Burger King.

Went to the drive thru and they had me park and said that they would bring my food out and I waited 20 for my food which I ended up having to go inside to get. They had completely forgotten about my order and when I asked about it it took them a few minutes to find it sitting on a table in the back and my food was cold and they didn't even get my order correct.

Not enough coverage for the customers. Everyone was waiting over 10 minutes for their order and no one at the cash registers.
This McDonald's is hit or miss. It mostly depends on who is working at the time. Generally this location is very busy, especially at night time when the dining room closes. The drive thru after the dining room closes is ALWAYS a living nightmare. If you have 5 or more cars in front of you then you can definitely count on waiting AT LEAST 10 minutes to get your order. And that's on a good night with good employees working. In GENERAL the food is decent and the atmosphere is okay. This is why I continue coming back to this location. If the food quality was worse I would not be a returning customer.
