I've been to many restaurants in this area, several on the water and this spot has better food than any of them! It's basically a bar with a dining room attached. My husband and I decided to give this spot a try because of the good reviews, it didn't disappoint. We were waited on quickly, they handed us menus and showed us there is a board of specials. I ordered the fried shrimp with two sides, everything was cooked perfectly and nicely seasoned. My husband got the Steam shrimp with potatoes and onions and the portion was perfect, cooked well, and easy to peel. I just kept saying I couldn't believe we didn't try this place sooner! Server is very attentive and refilled our drinks whenever it was getting low, kept asking if we needed anything. The prices are excellent! This place is a great spot to eat and I highly recommend it.

Family owned, great food, extensive menu, good prices. Separate dining room from bar area, pool table, juke box, TV's. "No strangers here, just friends you haven't met". Dotty and Brian are the best!Kid-friendliness: Dining room separate from bar area tables.Parking: Parking is available on front, side and rear.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps (one is service so someone would have to push on that one).

Smelled like old cigarette smoke. Cream of crab was brown and borderline fishy, french onion was light and flavorless. Server was nice and service was overall quick. Just let down by the quality of atmosphere and food in such an expensive place to live.I really had higher expectations from other's reviews. I tend to rate higher than my experience generally because people and places have off days....but this was between 1 and 2pm on a Sunday and the only other people were a large party in the dining room that left because they were cold and a couple at the bar. I couldn't rate on a curve for this experience. Hope they do better as they are the first eatery/bar once you drive through the expanse of trees. Essentially welcoming you to Millers Island.If this wasn't a one off experience and was a typical Sunday....I don't know how they remain open with the likes of Dock of The Bay down the street.

Don’t sleep on this restaurant’s food. They do great soups to full course meals. The specials are great as well.Good place to watch a game and enjoy some food and drinks

Quaint spot in a waterfront community. Simple. Get fries with cream of crab on top. Won't be sorry. Pool table . Dining room. Lots of catering out the door on New years!

They have always had good bar food and also the restaurant part is good and have good prices. There usually never overcrowded except on Tuesday and Thursday cuz they have pool league but it's still not over crowded
