If your not going to have wait staff. Make people come up to the bar and place their orders. Maybe you should have more than one person behind the bar. In the time it took the lady to ring in an order. I could have waited on myself and everyone behind me.

Do not order food from this place. It's over priced, small portions and taste terrible. The drinks were okay but it's hard to screw up a beer!! If you want better food go to Dock of the Bay which is right next door!!

Skip the food, it's awful. We were there for a fundraiser. They weren't staffed properly to handle the crowd. As the afternoon wore on, it was taking an hour to get food. The 'beach' is a good place to hang out. Doubtful we'll return.Vegetarian options: Meatless Mexican pinwheel

First time at Rowboat Willy today. We walk in the barmaid said they are not serving food until the kitchen right st the moment. She said there was no waitress you have to order your food from the bar. The downstairs bar didn't even have the liquor to make the drink from their own menu. The food was terrible. The crab dip was not homemade it was bad. And not even warm. The hot dog was even dry. Ordered three cocktails and they were so bad. We all were so disappointed. We will never pull our boat up at their dock again.

A Hidden Gem right here at Miller's Island. Rowboat Willies has some great music. Just listened to Cinema. Great band, super music, outstanding atmosphere. Nice breeze makes the Beer taste good. If you're looking to relax and just listen to some great music, stop by Rowboat Willies. ??Kid-friendliness: They do have a sand playground with play equipment for little ones.

I enjoy going to Row Boat Willie's and was happy when they expanded the downstairs outside to accommodate bands. A larger food menu would be nice but all in all it's a great place to go during the summer. On the other side of the coin, I was there this past Memorial Day weekend when Rob Fahey was playing. It was great, however, I don't think they were quite prepared for the crowd. There were two barmaids behind the bar, one working the front, and the other working the side. This wasn't too bad, EXCEPT when something happened with the frozen drink machine.I was in line behind two women for a long time. One of them turned around and said they told her that her drink would take 25 minutes. I have no idea what was going on with the machine, but the problem I had was this: Is it fair to make everyone else in line wait until the problem was fixed to order their drinks?? I don't think so. They were obviously understaffed, as if there were more employees, one of them could have taken care of the machine, which would allow the other to wait on other people. If they had been better prepared, this would not have happened.

Great waterfront location. Nice layout with plenty of seating. Water views are awesome. Nice bar. Small menu. Have to mention the very clean bathrooms! Friendly staff. Live music. Will be back for sure.

At Rowboat Willie's you are welcome to arrive by land or sea as there is plenty of parking for cars and docking for boats. The location on Cuckold Point near the end of Miller's Island offers great views of the small light house, Pleasure Island and Hart-Miller Island. Appetizers, salads, steamed seafood, and sandwiches are the main features. Local adaptations of classics include the Chesapeake Nachos Smothered with homemade crab dip topped with cheese and Old Bay Seasoning. The Crab Cake Club Sandwich starts with a jumbo lump Crab Cake and adds bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The view and breeze from the second floor are great. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Note that the restaurant is only open seasonally, Thursday through Sunday.
