I have lived in the area since 2008. I would drive by this place for years and say "I need to stop by there and try that place out!" Well, I finally did in 2023! Great hometown diner spot! It's got a home type of feel, and the restaurant looks like it probably did back in the 1970s! Prices are very reasonable. The food is good! I was surprised that the Burger here is HUGE and has that classic char grilled taste! The Chicken Monterrey is very good! They have a well priced Country Fried Steak. The Cream of Crab Soup here is EXCELLENT when they have it available. Good Sandwiches, and the waitresses refill my Iced Tea without having to ask! :) I come here like every other week now for lunch! Highly recommend!

On the weekends over the last 20 years my husband and I like to go down there for breakfast. Today we got there more around lunch time. The server only came to our table to take our order and way after we were finished she brought the bill. We both ordered eggs Benedict. I don't know how many of you like eggs Benedict but the best part is when you cut into the yolk and it runs. Ours were solid yolks I started to cut into my second one and there I found a piece of hair. I'm not the type of person to make a big show of these things. I discreetly showed the server and she said oh, I'm sorry I'll let them know. That was it! Not even take a Buck or two from the bill. Needless to say I will not be returning to that place again!!!

Total joke how they don't answer there phone 40 minutes before they close smh. Called over 10x and got no answer. This happens a lot at this place smh.

This place is great, been coming here for years. Service is fast and kitchen works fast and you get your food hot. Breakfast and lunch always tasty. Country fried steak is always good, gravy is nice. They do get pretty busy in the morning and on the weekends. Place and parking lot is pretty small but the atmosphere is great, very cozy, and staff and the other patrons are always friendly. I would definitely recommend this little place to anyone looking for a nice breakfast to get with your family.

We come here every weekend for breakfast and they do not disappoint! No matter who the server is, they are fantastic! We love the food and have never had any issues whatsoever with the quality of the food. They are not overpriced (like the Boulevard Diner). Would highly recommend!!
