I love Avanti! The food is delicious! Everything on the menu is tops, and the robust weekly specials are not to be missed. The trattoria atmosphere is great, and I love that you can get a glass of wine with the meal. The portions are generous and owner and staff are always very welcoming. Plenty of parking.
Every time we are on Kent Island, we head straight for Avanti! Every dish we’ve had there has been fabulous! From the Calabrian shrimp appetizer to their Ceasar salad, the risottos, Chicken Saltimboca, pizzas and cannoli to top it off. Service is always welcoming, professional, friendly and accommodating. Dining in and taking a meal to go - both great options at Avanti! We are SO glad you are here!!

Let me preface this review by saying that the food is good. The restaurant was packed and got me my food in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was very friendly. I ordered the 10 inch pep pizza and the steak and cheese panini. The pizza is good, it could have stood to stay in the over for a few more minutes, but again, they were very busy. The panini was good too, needed a little more meat, but the flavor was good. This was pick up, I plan on dining in soon. Good spot!
