I’m a tough critic! I was looking for some good ribs and was hoping to get some good sides too. I ordered a whole slab of ribs, collard greens, potato salad and hush puppies. The food was so good! I'll give it a solid 3, 3.5 stars. The ribs are large and tender. But, the way they are BBQ'd is a little different in taste. It wasn't a bad taste or flavor. It's just not what you're used to considering it's BBQ ribs. They were fully cooked, a nice char on the surface, a little salty to me. I got the seafood salad to go along with my platter. It wasn't anything to yell about. Just some regular.
