“I ordered a dessert tray for 15 people for an in-service at work. The staff at the bakery was super friendly and capable. The young lady who took my order was very knowledgeable in determining my needs and offering what they could provide. I ordered the afternoon before and came in mid-morning the next day. The tray was ready and adorably wrapped in ribbons representing our company colors. The desserts were varied, everything was tasty, and all was at an amazing value. Highly recommend Stone House. A true pleasure to work with.“

“Karen makes the best cakes. I have ordered a Father's Day Cake for the last two years. I catered a wedding and Karen made one of the cakes. I had a piece of the Carrot Cake and it was the best I ever had (I am not even a fan of carrot cake). I had to track this baker. I looked up bakeries in PA and searched FB, hoping the baker posted the cake from that wedding. No luck. I was driving passed the house months later and decided to knock on the door. The mother of the bride answered. I told her I was with the catering company and if she give me the baker's info. She thought that me stopping by was great and loved my story. She gave me Karen's info and the funny thing is I did come across her page in my search. Karen is very talented and I swear you will dream about how delicious her cakes are. I love the inside of her bakery.“

“I really like this outlet store in Gettysburg, with such a big family I never come out with less than four bags and it’s usually for school lunches or team snacks for sports activities. I love that I can get a lot of good breads at a fraction of the price retail and they have punch cards for frequent buyer incentive. They also have special days of the week if you happen to fall into one of those categories -check their website for the breakdown -and they often run sales in addition to lower prices. Parking right around the back edge so you don’t have to walk through a ton of outlets with grocery bags.“
