Be careful ordering online or through the app. The owner/worker will play d*** even with the receipt and refuse to fill the order. Beyond rude. The type of people that love taking our money but have zero respect for us... even with a simple greeting. Auntie Anne's corporate office is no help with refunds because it's a franchise. I lost $54 at this place.

I see why they do not have any stars. This Auntie Anne's is not good for the brand. First the owner only sells large cups. You are loosing business by doing that. I'm my intentions was to buy two however, we didn't want large cups. I bought one cinnamon sugar. The pretzels were stale and nasty who knows how long they have been there. They need to be closed.

This guy has my order wrong twice but won't give me a refund with my receipt or nothing.
Was rather dry. Needed two honey mustards with the pretzel bites and one of the pig in the blanket was missing the pig so it was an empty roll. 😔
