Service is great. Location is pretty good and convenient. But we’ve ordered from here 3 times in the past months and every single time we eat , we get sick. The pizzas do seem undercooked. Please cook your pizza more thoroughly please. Would like to return for more

I placed an online delivery order and the order showed as delivered on the tracker. I never received the order and called to see where was it at, the lady stated that it was a dispute about my order and that a delivery driver that was off the clock is bringing my order. The lady stated that she would call the driver to see how long it would take to get to me and would call me back. She never called back so I called the store back to request a refund and she was rude asking me why I wanted a refund. IT'S MY MONEY THAT'S WHY!!!! Then she stated that she was calling the delivery driver and hung up the phone. I called back again and the manager answered the phone and my husband told her to refund my money back and she said it will take 3-5 business days. I will never order anything else from this place, and from looking at the reviews I see majority of customers are having the same issues. It's plain and simple that if you don't like your place of employment, fine something that works best for you because unprofessional and rudeness is not it. People work hard for their money and want to spend there money where customer service is great. Yall need to be shut down based on these reviews. I will be calling the corporate office about this issue because this is happening to alot of people and yall are so disrespectful and unprofessional!!!

The staff is nice enough if you go in and pick up your food but the quality is always less than subpar. It regularly takes 2 hours for food to arrive and chances are it will be cold. The crust will be hard. & there’s never the right amount of toppings when I order “extra”. I wrote corporate once and received 4 gift cards for free pizzas that can’t even be used at this store. I tried to give them a 2nd and 3rd chance but after ordering from a different store in another city and receiving incredible service this will be my last time dealing with them.I type this as it’s approaching 2 hours and I still don’t have my pizza. I was told when I called 20 minutes ago that they were leaving the store with my order. I only live 8 minutes away. At this point, cancel my order and let me go pick up something else to eat.

Had to wait an additional 50 minutes after I had ordered online, people were just standing not trying to help. When I did get my food I ended up getting sick. My family didn't like it at all.

The service was bad we order a pick up order and when we arrive they told us that they didn’t have aware order even tho I gave them my name and when we told the manager she didn’t even care she, they didn’t have the order ready and she didn’t even after us to make another order.

Unknown Honesty

I was hired awhile ago, I was on board not a short time after , foods awesome…. But the atmosphere was really hard to explain, they were nice then next weirdly rude. I was recently told I was off schedule (I just got my second paycheck, which had the rest of my first on there) I was confused but went along.I didn’t hear from them in about 2weeks, I’ve reached out , nothing. It’s like they care but they don’t . I’ve now checked something that is acquired at the job, and I was shocked by a message. { You no longer work for this company} . ….i didn’t know what I did.. I didn’t do anything, I did everything the best I could . Even when I wasn’t even taught the things I was supposed to learn but didn’t and got yelled at because I didn’t know what I was doing correctly or (at all). Now I’m only a youngster. And I actually love the kitchen. I love making food. I would love to be a chef! And I actually need a job and I can’t sit in the house all day it gets boring.They need to get it together honestly.

This place has really improved over the last couple months. I always do carryout, and the last few times I've ordered have been quick and correct. I actually have to leave as soon as I place my order because the wait time is so short even during peak nights. The cashiers have been very polite the last few visits. Everyone always seems to be happy inside. Dominos is now my main go to for pizza. 4 stars only because my pizzas have sometimes been on the smaller side, or wider crusts than normal, but it seems like there are new people on the prep line so this is expected. Shaping a pizza right takes practice.

Lovely

We love dominos but when you are Okay sending pizzas like this it's time to do some coaching. We are very disappointed that the pizza was topped like this then put in the oven cut and handed over to us like this..... is this dominos standard? If you don't like your job quit. I don't want to hear did you check your pizza..... your staff should have moreRespect for your company to send this out.

I placed an online order and they messed my order up. When I went in it was loud with music blaring. I called as soon as I got home three separate times. I was hung up on each time despite hearing music playing in the store. When I got the manager on the phone she was rude and dismissive. Please don’t visit this location, my food was over cooked and incorrect.
