Outstanding customer service. And to tell you the truth, would you believe? This place has been in business for over 30 years. Still looks the same. You remember when Doctor petcenter was downstairs? And our dogs would escape and run all over the place. Great place Worth every penny!!

I tried ordering some cookies today. Was asked if I was paying cash or card. When I told her card I was directed to the ordering kiosk. Made my selections and placed my card in the machine when prompted. Screen said "approved". The lady behind the county then wanted to act confused. Kept saying we have no order. I showed her my bank app proving the money was approved by my bank. That wasn't good enough. She called her manager and this lady told me that just because my bank shows the they took the money it doesn't mean they got the money. After trying to educate her on how credit cards work and realizing this was a futile effort, I simply asked if I was going to get the product I paid for. She told me no. Now I will have to dispute the charges with my bank. All this for $15. Be careful out there folks. Crooks come in many shapes and sizes.

Cookies are exceptionally delicious but the customer service is missing. They are not friendly at all, you order they take your card and that’s it!

Discrimination!!! On Saturday August 19, 2023, myself, my sister, niece and my son were patrons at this cookie shop. We bought and paid for our cookies like everything else we'd shopped for inside the mall. Out of nowhere we were accused by management of stealing cookies. Apparently, the manager thought he saw my sister on camera passing the cookies back on camera. This could have been further from the truth. After mall security got involved, we were vindicated, and management refused to apologize to us. Even after reviewing the footage several times and saw that no crime was committed. I was appalled by the accusation from this foreigner that I or my sister would attempt to steal anything especially in front of our black children. I will never patron this cookie shop or this mall ever again!!! I highly discourage anyone from investing in a business that could treat paying customers with such disrespect! And still NEVER offered an apology and refused us a refund!
