The fuckin worst subway place ever !!!! Customer service sucks . They are very very slow . They look like they hate their job and in lala land . I been in line for a good 20 mins and they aren't even busy . Don't go here .

Serve a rude yelling at me when I'm talking to one of the cashiers for no apparent reason. When I ask him to he became more. Write and I told him I wasn't stupid until his level and I proceed to make my purchase and left the store will not be returning.

I would've given more stars however, they need to have all the workers pull their masks up over their nose. There is 1 guy who NEVER has his mask pulled up and his nose his humongous. I always think somethings gonna fly out of his nostril onto my food. Yuck. So when I see him (which is all the time) I don't eat there.

I have been coming to this subway for years and never had any complaints. Recently I have noticed that the younger employee is always on the phone (using his earpiece) and not paying much attention to the customers because he is on the phone. I have observed their frustrations due to his lack of awareness on their faces. Customer service is extremely important especially when it comes to making someone's food. Take a phone break and get back to using the great customer service you had when you first started

I've picked up to food from here previously, however, this morning, a different owner/worker was in. I asked for bacon, egg, and cheese w/o bread (carnivore/ keto), and was told that he would not make that for me. Emphatically, no. I will not be back to spend my money at this establishment.

Horrible customer service. My plans was for me and my family to eat Subway. I waited in line for a couple of minutes just to be disappointed. Before I could get a word out. I was asked WHAT DO YOU WANT by the counter attendant. No hello, how may I help you or etc. I gave him another chance to correct himself. I said hello how are you and he repeatedly said again WHAT DO YOU WANT. Please be aware. If you don't mind being disrespected and belittled this is the Subway you should go to. Hopefully upper management will read this review and get this location some customer service training on how to be pleasant and greet their customers respectfully.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I made a delivery order on the app at this location today and what arrived was absolutely disgusting. There were gnats and insects in my order when I retrieved it from the delivery person, which is absolutely inexcusable. Then I called the restaurant to ask what happened and I was I was spoken to by two people who could not understand what I was saying and could not communicate properly, and I was hung up on while trying to ask for a refund. Do not go to this location because this is a health hazard and disgusting.

Poor service. Sometimes closes earlier than advertised hours of operation, so unreliable within an hour of closing.

The staff is rude and unprofessional. The staff doesn't acknowledge you once you enter the establishment, and they leave you waiting without any explanation as to what is the hold up. Every time my family and I went here we have at least a 15 min wait time to place a order and we're one of the few customers in the building at the time.
