I went 12/12 I ordered a medium combo the fries were hot for a change but my burger was straight garbage with the newly remodel you’re able to see burgers being cooked it was about 4/5 on the grill and the Spanish lady was moving them around had I known that they were just reheated I would have canceled my order the cheese was hard on the corners there was a deep line across the cheese clearly from the spatula I asked for Mayo seems like they put half the jar on it I visit this establishment on my way home from work I don’t live near and I was tired had it not been for that I would have taken it back for a refund as this was my dinner instead I threw it away and settled for a bowl of cereal which was more appealing than that burger which was Garbage!!!!! I paid $11 for trash that I wouldn’t give to a homeless that’s how bad the burger looked the cashier Anaya was friendly and the remodel looks nice long over due but sadly I wont be visiting this one again!!!!!! Please train better

The young lady, Lashawna, taking orders was extremely distracted and when asked for a hamburger three times she seemed unable to accommodate us. I then asked for a JBC with no bacon & no cheese. The requested sauce was sweet & sour. Upon receiving our food a young man made zero attempt at greeting me & handed me the food without looking. I had to wait to request a straw which was given by the young lady, again with no customer engagement.My sons burger had no lettuce or tomato on it as JBC typically do (I never used the word “plain” when ordering which Lashawna did not take the time to confirm), not any condiments despite me only asking that the cheese and bacon be removed from the sandwich. Our receipt said Sweet & Sour a total of three times. The sauce in the bag was BBQ. Absolutely abysmal service.

Since they've upgraded this Wendy's the food is giving yellow Wendy's ok. The service I received 2 days ago was amazing and we didn't have to wait that long to receive our food which is a plus because this Wendy's stays packed !

I went to this restaurant about a week ago to take my 2 orders, but the restaurant was closed because it was under repair and maintenance. How can a closed restaurant take and accept orders? How can it make its drivers and customers aggrieved? This is a mistake. They went there in 15/20 minutes for free, there would be no such establishment… and two days ago I went to take the order again, okay, they gave my order, after waiting, the new order and the online order are already waiting in the same order. They said, I have processed plastic bags, they said no, I say, how can I take it, I say, there are two places in the car, I say, it's not my problem, and they closed the window in my face, are they working in this restaurant unintentionally, or are they not taking my money, or are they giving this food for free, it's not understandable. The problem caused by such a business has broken the enthusiasm of all the drivers who buy the package. We need to ask the employees there, come to the restaurant in 15 minutes, wait there for 15 minutes and don't give cups for three drinks, don't give them plastic bags, can they do it themselves, it's completely irresponsible..,,10/02/2023 ….3636 Branc AveWENDY,S ..at 02:20am/02:40 Between…constant repetition of the same mistakes and indifference• Yesterday, I went to this restaurant in 17 minutes. They made me wait in line for 15 minutes. Then they said, "Your order is not in the system." I said, "It is active on my phone." When I asked "How could it not be?", four of the employees there are not in the system. What can we do? If it is not in the system, why don't you update it until the customer gets there? And also, after 35 minutes, they do not update it. OK, I say do it according to the menu on my phone, they say it's not possible, it's not in the system. This is such a disgraceful place, it happened 4 times, it happened in the same restaurant, I know the real issue because it was supposed to close at three, I went at 2:30, they do their best not to do it, they definitely make up an excuse for the customer. I wonder if the dental authorities are doing full checks on the customers, let them go to those restaurants as customers, especially on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, let's see what they will encounter. Disgracing the customer with the customer's money is not considered a violation of customer rights. This is disrespect. Some people run away when they see a customer. Delete the restaurants like that in places, let them be an example, when you enter the door, the package is ready in 1 minute because they follow the system and prepare it according to how many minutes the driver or customer will arrive. They should take a lesson from the Chinese restaurants. I count the number of people working in this restaurant at Wendy's. There are 6.07 employees working in the restaurant. You are inside, three people work in the restaurant, so think about the rest... . These places, which have lots of advertisements but no action, are a complete waste of time...
