I've been a sub contractor for this location for almost two years and have been a plus member for almost the entire time I've worked there it's a great place to work my company has been there for a long time and I've been able to demonstrate items that I never had used before and I love what I do being able to help people find the items they want to come to demo cart and try whatever I'm sampling I have a lot of regular visitors that ask for me specifically

If there were a zero, I would choose zero. I ordered a pizza and a sundae and waitress forgot to chip in the ice cream. After picked up the pizza, I asked for the sundae, she told me to go to end of the long line to reorder! not sure why Hire such d*** and rude people!

Sam's gas everything I love I'm very impulsive with snacks lol I love the very berry sundae they have here in the food court as well as the $5 rotisserie chicken. I try to come here once a month

Was a member here for over a year. Always went early Saturday mornings to shop. They had plus member hours from 8:00 - 9:00am, but would let you in early, with the caveat that you couldn't check out until after 9:00. Every Saturday for over a year it wasn't a problem. Suddenly today as I was walking in, the "greater" stopped me and just said you can't go in. No I'm sorry you can't go in. No you could upgrade your membership. Not polite, not courteous. Just a j**** Funny thing is, the guy in front of me had the same membership card, and he was allowed to go in. Skip this place. Go to BJs or Costco where they actually care about customers.

Everything (and it sells practically everything from soup to nuts) is always set at a better price whether you buy in bulk or Sam's has purchased in bulk quanties. Generally speaking the employees are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately you cannot try on much of the articles of clothing on sale, therefore, buy carefully and remember once washed, the item is not returnable.

Now, I have a love/hate relationship for Sam's Club. But this visit at this location made me happy. I went to the customer service desk to get my card, and the sweetest female customer service rep gave the best service, in my opinion. I came in on a few days before Christmas by myself to pick up a few items for our Christmas dinner. I picked up some pans, instantbmashed potatoes, plastic bags, Hawaiian sweet rolls, onions, bottled water, gloves, and utensils. We decided to feed the homeless, so all above was needed. I was able to find some items at ease. They didn't have the gloves I wanted, so I did find gloves that worked just as well. At first, I was going to check out by standing in line, but lines were super long, so I checked out on the app instead.

I was shopping on Friday afternoon and had such a nice experience I wanted to share. I was looking at men’s watches and Beth was very helpful. Then at check out the girls Shakiaya & Sakinah were so pleasant. We talked about how easy it is to be nice to people. Then on top of that Devon at the door is always kind and a gentleman. I’ve met him from time to time all summer. Just wanted you to know it’s appreciated as a regular customer!

another problem at Sam's Club this time I'm being told that the tire center won't schedule appointments later than 4 even though they close at 7 and I know it won't take 3 hours to put tires on a car. the woman actually asked an employee if he would do our car at 5:30 because we work real jobs and can't be their any earlier. so basically the employees decide if customers can be seen and if they don't want to work till 7 they just make sure no customers are scheduled

This store is a pleasure to shop in. The employees are top notch and keep the store stocked & clean. They are friendly and patient. That is comforting in these crazy times. I want to personally shout out to Glendora for always having a smile at check out. I tried to tip her and she declined, so I hoped this was the next best thing!

I like commend The tire center on their superior service. I have several problems with my tires. Sales Associate David helped me decide what type of tires would give me the best value for money. Mgr Micheal made sure I was clear on how to take care of my tires. Everyone in your Texas Station Tire Center are very professional and a pleasure to work with. This is why I drive over 30 mins to use use this facility.
