I have eaten from this location 3 times but I will not be back. The first time it was okay we ordered the shrimp tempura ramen and volcano ramen. It wasn`t busy at all. The location and set up of the restaurant is fine. We ordered the shrimp tempura ramen and the volcano ramen. It was fairly busy on this particular day. Both orders were lacking in flavor which I`ve never experienced at the other locations. The broths were very bland. The volcano ramen was not prepared correctly and the waiter brought out siracha for the "spicy" taste per the waiter. We have never had the volcano ramen prepared this way at this location or any other location. There was literally one waiter for the entire dining room and when we asked for more water he seemed annoyed. The service was okay. The first time we visited this location we had a female server who was very nice. Each time after that we had the same male serve who seemed like he did not want to be bothered. When this place gets busy the food declines dramatically. There are better Akira locations that have more consistency in terms of the food and service....

I have ordered the volcano bowl to go about 3 times from this location and each time my bowl was not as spicy as the one in white Marsh. Either they are getting the orders mixed up or they just don't make it as good as the location in white Marsh. This will be my last bowl from Towson location

The ambiance at the restaurant was delightful. We opted for Ramen, but unfortunately, my veg Ramen was overlooked, likely due to the large order ? Upon realizing the oversight, the server apologized and kindly offered Macha ice cream. I particularly like the veg tempura sweet potato roll. All in all, it was a satisfying dining experience.

The ramen was really good! Probably my favorite Akira ramen restaurant out of all of the ones near Baltimore. Plus, they have a robot that will deliver your ramen to you!

Wonderful experience! I went in tonight and this Akira compared to the white Marsh and Bel Air location was by far the best. The atmosphere felt so cozy, the little robot was a cute touch, they played kpop and there was a little tv playing anime and the menu had way more options than the other locations especially since Kyotomatcha is next door and you can get their desserts at Akira. Lastly the owner was super nice and respectful and gave us a 10% discount for being students as soon as the waitress put down the original check. Would 100% go again :)

Just like other Ramen place,food didn't have any special, but service is worst. I asked three times only get water, there are 2 waiters when we arrived, male, they are talking to each other without take care of customer on purpose, other table also need request water for several times, they deliver food with machine, that all service we received, and they charges service fee, I will not go to this branch any more, I believe some restaurants open but don't wish customer come.

I ordered delivery with doordash and it was made quickly. The brown sugar boba is soooooo good, even compared to the other boba shops in the area. The sushi was really good and not too big, I hate it when the rolls are too thick. The only reason it looses a star is because the chicken buns were okay not that good.

My nephew, daughter, and I went for a late dinner. The service was excellent the food was amazing! The beverages were ecstatically delicious! The environment was modern and chic. Very cute place to visit. I loved how they curtailed my beverage and the waiter was super nice to us.
